Posted September 16, 20168 yr JP Cooper releases another solo now following his big hit with Jonas Blue, titled 'September Song' (how appropriate). It's very tropical house meets pop and it's sounding quite good. 9ORWF5RkdO0 Spotify
September 16, 20168 yr Doesn't sound too impressive at first listen, and it's not very dancey but much more pop music, so I think this thread should be moved as it doesn't really belong in Dance, Electro & House (it's not even tropical house!).
September 16, 20168 yr This is actually quite good, I've listened to some of his other solo material before and found him rather uninteresting and dull, so this is a pleasant surprise! (definitely think it would be better off in Pop though, particularly judging by other songs of his :heehee:)
September 16, 20168 yr Sounds pretty boring to me, and actually doesn't sound anything like his vocals on Perfect Strangers to my ears

November 3, 20168 yr Astounding  Unless they've got some secret information about how this is going to smash then I'm stumped! I can only think they're going down the USA route with potential future hits being included.
November 9, 20168 yr Been absolutely loving this since hearing it on Radio 1 yesterday  Sounds like a fairly big hit to my ears.
November 12, 20168 yr Really great to see this blowing up! (It was on my personal chart first though :P ) (I haven't checked that so sorry if I offended anyone)
December 4, 20168 yr This is really nice, I'd love it to be a big hit personally. His voice sounds great on this and I wasn't huge on Perfect Strangers tbh so for me I'd say it's better. I get why people might not be keen on it though but each to their own!
December 8, 20168 yr It's been bugging me for ages but I've now realised that "You were my September Song, summer lasted too long" sounds just like "I turn my chin music up and I’m puffing my chest" from Nick Jonas' 'Jealous'.
