Thats good it wasn't ghaw you wanted a collab. B aka Ghaw2007 doesn't even respond to posts on his thread anyway so you wouldn't get a collab out of him and he doesn't even respond to pm's. He is the Buzzjack equivalent of North Korea - isolationalist.

That gnaw person is the worst. His songs are shit and he's a rubbish conversationalist.

 

His songs are good, but not the most uplifting..you have to be in a certain mood before you read his lyrics :mellow:

 

I wish he interacted more with Buzzjack though.

I always notice two particular posters, called Laura and Sydney always create massive Robbie Williams threads that nearly always seem to be in 'most recent topics' for some reason. :o

mdh has become essential for me, I love reading his posts. It's that slightly self-deprecating humour that he does so well lmao, among other things. Jacob is kind of an "all-rounder" for me in a way because not only have I always found his posts really interesting and enjoyable to read, he also became one of my best friends on the site this year. Riser has become a fave as well and I can probably call him a friend too at this stage ^_^

The site has definitely improved since September and October but idk if it's just me but I find there's still a lot of 'Spam Culture' in the lounge particularly. Some members (you'll know who I'm talking about by looking at the Posters' chart) seem to favour quantity over quality when it comes to post (at least it's not as bad as a few months ago :lol:) and try to post as much as they possibly can.

Definitely feel like I've not been around this much this year either, need to make an effort to pop up in the forums in the top half of the home page some time and stop hiding in Movies and artist forums (and personal charts at the moment). I'm missing a lot of great new posters by the looks of things :(

 

Going to add to the support for mdh though, when you first joined I was a bit lost in how many posts you were making but now I make sure to check if I've seen you post as you always add something interesting or something to laugh at, one of my favourite posters about at the moment and comes across very lovely :D

I've been responding less to posts around here over the last couple of months - even though I'm still content to do my big EOY projects, that's slightly selfish of me. The attitude around here is fine, and this isn't aimed at anyone in particular, I do wish it was sometimes a bit more quick-witted and intellectually stimulating, but I completely recognise that's partly my own fault when I haven't started any threads in the Lounge for god knows how long.

This is good, it's pressuring me to do something. I've wanted a thread about the aesthetic beauty of titles but I have zero idea how to start it without completely bungling my point.

2016 is really the year i got to know Bal/Haus and Rob more which is brilliant cause they are both lovely genuine and also hilarious people with a heart of gold and are always there for me and i love them for that.

I didn't post a lot this year but will try to post more when i have more time.

There's been lots of shifts in friendships I've been involved in over the past year but I dwelled far too much on the negative side of that in the rate, so GOOD things...

 

I'm a lot closer to Liam, Tim, Oliver and Sam. They're now up there with my best friends and being able to hang with the prior two in person has honestly been such a highlight of my year. Same goes for Lew, he's one of my favourite people ever and I really hope we can continue to meet up as he just makes me laugh until I'm in tears :lol:

 

Cody,TBoy and Burbe are three that I've grown to love a lot more too and I can really see us becoming better friends over the next year :wub:

 

Jacob and TheBrightPlaces are also incredible people and I've really loved getting to know them and seeing how genuine and lovely they are, plus they have better music taste than 95% of the site :)

What Lindsey said basically, I've been integrated into a wonderful group on here who are such good friends to me. When I feel like I need time away from my real life friends or they''re annoying me etc I know I have Lotti, Lindsey, Cameron, Oliver, Tim, Sam, Lewis etc and we can all rant about life, have a laugh or whatever, it's been great to meet some of that squad irl and hopefully we can meet more *.*

 

Burbe is probably the grower of the year for me, I didn't really have an opinion but we always have a laugh and get on well on plug etc with some similar interests.

 

There is one poster I went the opposite way on but we k ow about that and won't dwell :lol: I'm easily annoyed so I probably come across blunt like I hate people but whilst there are some niggkes I have with people I don't hate anyone on the site rn and as a whole it's a good vibe compared to how things were say even a couple of months ago. It would nice if a wider range of people would plug more but I know a lot of us who were plugging at its peak are at uni and swamped with work as a result!

Awardinary is delightful and insightful in equal measures. I wasn't aware he was a relative newbie to the site :o
