I am surprised (but ecstatic) that Sia is releasing Move Your Body. I don't like the single mix (it's too watered down) but the album version is a solid gold banger. It has Shakira written all over it, she was nuts to pass on it.
I thought Sia was releasing/ promoting Never Give Up as the video had just been released

Like Move Your Body... although my personal fave of the album is House On Fire

Never Give Up is doing well in Germany (top 3 on iTunes), so maybe that's why they've released a lyric video - hoping to replicate the success across Europe.

Both Ed songs are in light green now

What a flop

(but really, happened to Adele after a while too)

I would have preferred Sia releasing 'Never Give Up' properly rather than 'Move Your Body' but they're both great songs (obviously, as it's Sia :P) so as long as the latter becomes a hit I'm happy.

For some reason the way he's released two songs at the same time (like the old days of double A-sides) I can't help but think of Victoria Beckham's Let Your Head Go/This Groove. Just obviously more successfully.

The obvious difference between this and the old style double A side is that both songs will chart in their own right. I can't think of any other recent examples where an artist has released two singles on the same day and are doing this well. I remember about 10 years ago the Manics released two songs on the same day, and I think they both charted low down in the Top 10 if I remember rightly.

I can't think of any other recent examples where an artist has released two singles on the same day and are doing this well.

Drake (albeit to a slightly lesser extent) with Pop Style and One Dance is the closest example in recent years I can think of.

442. Mura Masa - Lovesick

I'm so out of the loop with the charts at the moment but I have to say that I'm surprised that the A$AP Rocky version of this song isn't in the top 1500. I hear that version of this song a lot on the radio.

It's at 137 :D You were probably caught out by the fact it's called "Love$ick" instead of "Lovesick" because of the A$AP feature ;)

He's probably going to be at #01 and #02 until 2019 so it really doesn't matter does it?

So good to see so much movement in the charts with Ed, JP Cooper, Jax Jones, Starley, Machine Gun Kelly/Camila, Professor Green, Khelani, Olly Murs, Sia and HiFi Sean/Crystal Waters :cheer:
