I think the remix works. Not quite as well as say Machine Gun Kelly's version of 'No More Sad Songs', but it flows a lot better than the Kid Ink version of 'Touch'!

I reckon it might scrape top 40 this week if Kenderick Lamar doesn't have album tracks overtaking her.
I think the video is FINE and this song is wonderful. I've no investment in her but to me this song is undeniable.

She should have followed it with #BuyItBeforeIGetDropped

She has been tweeting links that it's 59p on iTunes but she badly needs streaming to kick in now.

#149 Best Behaviour (Featuring Stefflon Don)

Getting those extra 6 sales :cheer:

I don't understand why this has flopped, it's so much better than So Good :/

Ikr :( It's had decent airplay and is a commercial song, there doesn't seem to be any reason for it flopping?

The video is sub par, she hasn't had much TV/big media exposure and she is a bit of a non-personality to the general public.

I agree it's much better than SG but that seems to have charted on the back of 'Tears' - let's hope a banger is about to be released otherwise we'll never get her album.

I reckon it would have been less of a disaster with more promo for sure. She was really unlucky with all the performances.

- Lets dance for Comic relief was on at the same time as takeaway.

- Sunday brunch performed at the end around 1pm sunday (Everyone was probably out then)

- Takeaway - Sub par boring performance, didn't perform the full song and most of the shots were Ant and Dec.

Then it's down to streaming, Ed dominating and not being high up on hot hits. it was also really low down on new music friday.

I have to say I've seen people making comments about it being annoying aka 'Best BehaviourrAHHHH'

It's a shame, I hope Syco give her a chance and come back with a strong harder sound like Tears.

No, there really isn't really a good reason for this to have flopped. It got big airplay from Capital and Kiss and decent enough support from Radio 1, some promo (more promo than most songs get these days), 59p, Hot Hits playlisting. It just....flopped.

It's amazing, but maybe it was a bit "out there" for a new artist. So Good wasn't as good but it was a lot safer and catered very easily to those Radio 2/Heart audiences.

Is it fair to say maybe because it's her, and the brief momentum she accrued from the Clean Bandit collab has long diminished?

Sadly, I'd say yes. Best Behaviour is the kind of song Little Mix would have made into a hit, but someone as unestablished as Louisa needs to release songs a bit more straightforward for a while to build up a fan base.

I'm worried we won't get an album from her now :( I suppose the next single could be her last chance? I know I'm sounding extremely pessimistic here but Syco aren't gonna be afraid to drop her :(

I think she'll get another single, and if it's not at least as big as So Good, she'll be dropped, though they might throw out her album if it's already been recorded, it might be in her contract.

They'd be so stupid to drop her though, she's very young, good looking and has a great voice. So easily marketable with the right material and good visuals and promo. Syco could easily make a bigger second era, if they put the time and money in.

There's nowhere she can realistically go from here, unless they try again with the second Clean Bandit collab. I really can imagine her album not getting released at this point.

It's a shame, I really like her. :(

I think part of the prize from X Factor is a 1 album contract, so I think that'll get released one way or another.

I guess one card they haven't yet played is re-releasing the single with an established featured artist.

Coming soon...

Louisa Johnson feat. Sean Paul – Best Behaviour (Bada Bang Bang)

It would look pretty shoddy on Syco if Louisa was the first winner to not even get a chance to release her first album, they'll probably just go out all guns blazing with the next single, perhaps premiering it during the BGT lives week with a performance on that a la Tears.

This post gives new definition to the word 'reaching'. I like the song but it's clear she's just not connecting with the public.
