Posted March 3, 20178 yr http://www.josepvinaixa.com/blog/stargate-waterfall/ I can see this being big! Sia and P!nk on their first proper single. :w00t: #GetHyped Edited March 3, 20178 yr by TMD_24
March 3, 20178 yr Are we sure this will be a dance song? Stargate have done a lot of big pop records.
March 3, 20178 yr Author I guess we should wait to hear what it sounds like. I don't think I have ever listened to Stargate ever. :D Edited March 3, 20178 yr by TMD_24
March 3, 20178 yr Yeah. Stargate are definitely more known for their Pop/Urban productions! I am 100% sure you've heard a Stargate production before. They're huge and actually quite diverse as producers. Having had a helping hand in songs from S Club 7 to Wiz Khalifa, Atomic Kitten to Coldplay and Billie Piper to Rihanna and Ne-Yo! I definitely think this will be an explosive pop number though, just going by the featured artists alone! Excited either way! *.*
March 3, 20178 yr Author Perhaps I have heard a Stargate production before but never noticed! The names involved in the song do scream pop so I'm happy for this to be moved to the Pop area of the forum. :)
March 3, 20178 yr Yep, Stargate have had a ridiculous amount of hit singles - including 13 UK #1s 2000 'Day & Night' (Billie Piper) 2001 'The Way To Your Love' (Hear'Say) 2002 'Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word' (Blue) 2006 'So Sick' (Ne-Yo) 2007 'Beautiful Liar' (Beyoncé/Shakira) 2008 'Take A Bow' (Rihanna) 2008 'Closer' (Ne-Yo) 2010 'Beautiful Monster' (Ne-Yo) 2010 'Only Girl (In The World)' (Rihanna) 2010 'What's My Name' (Rihanna) 2012 'R.I.P.' (Rita Ora) 2012 'Let Me Love You' (Ne-Yo) 2012 'Diamonds' (Rihanna) [moved to pop forum]
March 3, 20178 yr There's also a thread already in the Pink artist forum, but I think in this case given that it's Sia as well and she's a big artist, this should also be here?!
March 3, 20178 yr Usually when the artist is only featured it gets put in both the AF and the genre forum (see also Rihanna's countless features)

Not sure if they produced any other dance songs. Edited March 3, 20178 yr by The Wise Sultan
March 8, 20178 yr Doesn't sound too special, if anything a bit repetitive. Hopefully the full version will give me a pleasant surprise tho!
March 10, 20178 yr Wow they really tried to recreate 'Cold Water'. It's just as inoffensive as that song but I must admit on second listen it's already growing on me.
March 10, 20178 yr I am not having the same reactions as everyone else. This has actually been a pleasant surprise to me. There is almost something quite dark about it. I like it. This is so much better than 'Cold Water'. I don't really hear the comparisons at all.
March 10, 20178 yr This is really, really bland. It's such a shame when big names all come together and are still happy to put out something so mediocre.
March 11, 20178 yr Wow, this is awful. Somebody lock Sia up in a box for a year already. She's fresh out of ideas. "I'm in your waterfall" is the worst lyric possibly ever.
March 11, 20178 yr It's not bad, but it's certainly nowhere near the quality I would expect from these 3 artists.
