I'm so here for this, the production is FIRE and Migos somehow don't ruin it. I've never had good first impressions of her singles and somehow these two have hit me right away!

Tbf given it's pre album it would be easy to brush it off as promo single if it really does that badly, a la American Oxygen by Rihanna for example. I think it's a bit ott to assume that this one flop will kill her career dead :lol:

Has she even set a release date for KP4 yet? I wouldn't be so sure in this case that she would do that unless the release date is pretty distant.

The iTunes performance is tragic! Her name alone should have went top 10 on U.K. And USA iTunes considering how terrible digital sales are!

 

I'm worried for her this campaign, think she will do well but nowhere near as well as she should \ expected!

Looking at the Migos situation I think it's beem blown massively out proportion - they made a full apology to what they said (which was probably taken out of context), if they genuinely were homophobic they wouldn't have properly apologised to ilM.

Yeah this hit me pretty much from second listen lmao. Certainly not a Katy classic but when her standard for singles is so high it'd be impossible to maintain those dizzying heights. Still a major jam though :wub:

I think it's the first single of hers I've explicitly disliked, though she has had 2 or 3 clunkers (looking at 'Part of Me' and 'Rise' primarily).

Actually shocked at how this is doing, I'd have thought her name alone would at least get her top 10 on iTunes :o

 

Anyway this is a bop, not gonna apologize *.* It sounds like the type of song that you'd go CRAZY to when drunk as well, which I'ma hopefully try and see. Surprised at the fanbase reaction still being pretty bad but let this be ha gentleman I guess

I'm on my first listen and I really like it. It's not a huge pop anthem so in that respect, it's quite different for her, but it's catchy and I really like the production.
