I hope Lady Gaga can get a high peak, i like the Cure, this is the first time in a while i have Lady Gaga singles back to back as i was a fan of million reasons as well. Top 10 would be a great outcome for her and may boost album sales for her.

You must've missed out "John Wayne", that was the new single back in February after "Million Reasons".

Pretty sure it wasn't a single, just had a video.

Of course it was a single, it was the third cut taken to promote the album, hence the music video all over the TV for a few weeks.

Nope, it wasn't, doesn't work work like that

It wasn't. It didn't even go for radio adds or anything. It only had a video. Sometimes artists just release videos.
I am conflicted about this Gaga song. Sounds very relevant and has a big chance of getting her back on Radio 1, but it also sounds like The Chainsmokers.

LivePopBars updated and Harry is down to 0.72, meaning Gaga will get another dark green update.

The horn sound in the beginning and after the chours is almost the same as the one in Bieber's Sorry, so I don't see why is everying bringing up The Chainsmokers?

To me, it's a cross between something off Britney's latest album and Justin Bieber.

Yeah I don't think it sounds much like The Chainsmokers at all, it's more tropical influenced and I don't think I'd call The Chainsmokers tropical.

Just using the words 'tropical influenced' and 'The Chainsmokers' suggest a pop single that sounds like everything else. People getting excited because of the artist I guess... if someone else released a similar song there'd be (justified) cries of how generic it is and when will people move on from this sound.

The Chainsmokers are being used as a reference point because they are the artist most associated with the current trends in pop.

I think it does sound like The Chainsmokers though, it's surely not a million miles away from being Something Just Like This Part II unless my ears are playing up. Whatever the case, it's very on trend and nowhere near up there with her best. Still, might grow on me.
It's more Major Lazer than anything. It's exactly what a song on The Fame would have sounded like if Major Lazer were the go-to producers in 2009 instead of RedOne! It's on trend but it's still quite Gaga but there's the perfect pop melodies you wouldn't get from anyone else.
I miss pre-hits Major Lazer but that's another story. Wish songs like Pon de Floor, Jah No Partial and Get Free had been as big as their recent efforts.
