Gaga's consistent performance on iTunes today is amazing considering she's apparently "over"!

'The Cure' has grown on me loads, I already thought it was better than the singles from her last album after one listen but it's now in my top 3 of her singles along with 'Do What U Want' and 'Judas'. Pleased to see it's sticking around on iTunes at least, would like to see it being a big hit. I wouldn't have thought Gaga would be one to deliver a decent song in the 'tropical pop' trend :lol: (although really it doesn't sound that 'tropical' to me, I just see it labelled that way a lot)

Honestly, I really feel like R1 will playlist The Cure on Friday.

I wouldn't say she was over but interest has waned in her hugely, which is partly her own making as I think artists that try and chase headlines wearing meat dresses and the like tend to do in the long-term.

 

That being said, I think The Cure is a really, really good song.
