Why did Warrior sell so poorly?

She was still being marketed as a trashy dance pop artist then, which doesn't typically shift albums unless there's huge singles like Tik Tok behind it (and Die Young really wasn't on that same level) thus it got completely lost in the depths of Q4

Glad Rainbow's outdoing that at least!

New Rules lead getting bigger.

But still keep streaming New Rules on Spotify, Apple Music, and other audio streaming site ten times a day to secure the lead.

I did hope Elvis could get #1 but it looks like Ed will overtake, unless today sees Elvis' sales receive an increase.

Today marks the 40th Anniversary of Elvis' death, so he might receive a boost.

Elvis is mentioned everywhere today and the 50 GH is TV advertised so he may just hold on. Such low sales though. :(

Yeah that's what I was referring to. As Common Sense says, Elvis is getting a lot of media attention today so, along with TV advertising too, hopefully he can hold his position.

Also she really struggled to sell her debut album, even with a few bigger hits on it.

I do think Rainbow could actually have decent longevity if they execute the campaign well enough

We've got a little bit more data now, including the ACR status of each song. The following are looking to be on ACR as of next week at this rate:

Wild Thoughts

Unforgettable

Crying in the Club

Power

Your Song would be heading that way too but it's registered an increase so far this week so should escape it!

The first good news I've had since the introduction of ACR :w00t:

Big shake up at the top next week then!

True both animal was a decent album shame she doesn't do well album wise

I wish Your Song was going to be affected by ACR this week. I'm so tired of it and I can't understand why is still ahead of fabulous Súbeme La Radio and Mi Gente. <_<
I actually really hope Elvis can hold onto the #1 album, it's kind of cool to have a #1 album that no one saw coming at all. Plus it'd extend his record as the solo artist with the most #1s.
