I'd be surprised if her shows are that much - that's crazy!! :o Surely not?!

Anyway, whatever the price it certainly won't be cheap. She's biggest act in the world right now, playing a ~4,000 capacity venue and has already said she's unlikely to tour this album.

How much control do the venue have over the set prices? I mean, it's a relatively small capacity venue in Vegas and she's the biggest act in the whole world. They're gonna want to squeeze as much as they can out of this.
I still highly doubt it in that case - the official site isn’t live yet so the final prices aren’t out there really.

I’d be really surprised if Adele would charge anywhere near that much

It's her American record label they spent a lot acquiring her, and then realised that rwcord sales are in the toilet, covid happened, ans they also realised she releases like once every 10 years. Oops.

Also people are calling 30 a flop on yourube :(

I wouldn't be paying any attention to YouTube comments. 30 is every chance to end up as the best selling album of 2021 with less than 2 months of sales.

YouTube comments are down there with the darkest, most unhinged and moronic part of the internet (right alongside people who comment on Daily Mail articles). Why would anyone in their right mind take any notice?

She confirmed the music video for "I Drink Wine" has been recorded and it's really camp. She says it at 6:36 in a new interview/make-up video with NikkieTutorials.

I’m still loving this as a whole album. The initial hype hasn’t yet worn off and I’m regularly playing it as a whole album. I think it’s my favourite female album of 2021.

As far as the whole album goes I think it’ll either be my favourite by her or it’ll be just behind 25. But I definitely like this more as a whole album than 19 and 21.

I Drink Wine is my favourite on this now too such a U Turn.

The 3 track run from Oh My God, Can I Get It to I Drink Wine is sublime.

My Little Love is the only track I’m not like massively in love with and wouldn’t play outside the album but even that I like as far as the singing parts go it’s just the voice notes and the length of it what feel a little too long but I can see why it’s on the album at the same time.

My Little Love is a skip every time :) The part of the album I like the most is the final part

Bit disappointed she's doing those shows in Las Vegas, to me that doesn't count as touring, it's just shows for rich people :/

Australian Chart Update (ARIA)

Albums:

#1 - 30 (Gold)

#10 - 25 (10x Platinum)

#18 - 21 (17x Platinum)

Singles:

#1 - Easy On Me (Platinum)

#10 - Oh My God

#36 - I Drink Win

#39 - My Little Love

#40 - Can I Get It

Gold after 2 weeks in Australia is pretty decent. That's 35k. Hopefully it'll reach Platinum (70k) by the end of the year.
its weird because i know the sales are huge... but it doesn't feel like there is much buzz about a new Adele record? Maybe its me living in my own little bubble.

For me it has definitely been a drop. I don’t think it’s solely down to the current climate. There aren’t many standout tracks on the album, especially when you compare it to 21 & 25

Sales are still great compared to other artists and I think 30 will at least make it to 1 million sales

Yeah I do agree the standout racks aren't there, well commercially anyway. We're all going to have our standout favourites.
I actually think it may be my favourite of hers, it's definitely the only one where want to listen to every track.

Is there ever consistent buzz in this day & age though? Streaming has killed that where all the hype comes before release and then fizzles out on release after everyone has binged the tracks in the first week. Christmas taking over has also sped up people moving on (I imagine many people buying the album now are gift purchasing). No doubt there will be another big resurgence during award season in the new year. If previous eras are anything to go by, I would be surprised if Adele didn’t perform at any.

I think she's gonna win everything at the Brits

and she should definitely perform there

so that should help her album sales in Feb

After quite a few plays of 30 my liking order for her albums are: 21>25>19>30. So it's my least liked as not enough stand out tracks. Not even as many as her debut.
