I'm surprised Beyonce has jumped on the Spanish bandwagon.

If I’m not mistaken it’s for charity.

It's coming!

If only they could have got a decent vocal for that good instrumental rather than the rather annoying and emotionless chanting vocal. Oh well.

So now Scene's earlier statement looks a bit tone deaf :o . He didn't know though!

Its a bit of a weird choice, being on such an upbeat party song for a charity record rather than making a new slower one.

#55 - Adam's Apple - KSI - This sounds brilliant! Really like this!

This song is doing bits! one place at a time either way.

I get what you mean as it is a dance song, but Mi Gente is really a Latino song about joining together and putting discrimination to the side. It talks about seeing each other simply as other people instead of other races, colours, etc. It's a Spanish-sung song raising money for Spanish-speaking countries. I mean, as far as dance singles go these days it's got a fairly deep message.

"Mi Gente" is a song that represents a special moment in music, a new sound that rises within Latin music and is accepted worldwide. If we remove the barriers of color, race, continents, genres or languages, we can get the whole world to move its head to the same rhythm. We hope "Mi Gente" can provide that rhythm.

I'd argue that someone like Beyoncé is above chart trends to be honest.

Surely he was being sarcastic, no?

I was being very sarcastic

I hope so because I was actually cackling!

I wonder if Camila can get number 1 this week.... closing in on number 1 on itunes gradually and number 3 on Spotify.... might be enough to get there.

Also can somebody please explain when a song qualifies for ACR??.... find it weird that a song like"feels" plummets before "your song" by Rita Ora..... when does Your Song qualify for ACR???
