Sadly no, they're from Love Island and are trying to make a grime song.

God they're only having a bit of fun lighten up.

Do you actually think they take themselves seriously, it was obvious from the show they were just mates having a blast.

THIS

Maybe people buy it because people don't take the charts like some serious precious thing that can only be saved for genuine artists and their music. It's just a bit of a laugh from two popular characters from a TV show, I love stuff like this and Big Shaq doing well and bringing a bit of fun to the charts that's been lost since UK charts just reflect a lot of what's popular in the US these days.

No I mean no one downloaded the voice winners  in response to your downloading any old reality TV tripe

They're having fun at the expense of my perforated eardrums. :arrr:

99. The Traveling Wilburys - End of the Line (Remastered 2016)

A classic featuring Tom Petty on lead vocals, somehow only got to #52 officially first time round.

Tom Petty clearly wasn't a singles artist, 'Free Fallin' only went to #64 originally, though it peaked at #59 in 2012 presumably following an iTunes price reduction. Should manage beat that peak this week I think.

His highest peaking single overall was 'I Won't Back Down', which got to only #28.

However much I couldn't care less about Chris and Kem, this is a week where we could potentially have no new entries in the Top 40 so at least this would make the chart slightly more exciting.

COMBINED:

6 Tom Petty - Free Fallin'

16 Tom Petty - I Won't Back Down

That Chris & Kem track *.* I'm lost for words, Radio 1 might actually have to play it on Friday if the track lands inside the 40 :nocheer:
