Looks like Mint Royale has struck again with his weekend prediction of Demi & Miley falling in 6-8 range, now looking more like Demi may finish 4 or 5 and Miley 9.

A Tom Petty Album (or two) may yet alter this though. Demi would appear to have had a decent boost from her appearance on The Jonathan Ross Show.

I'm not seeing what's so bad about the wolf alice facebook post, seems clearly tongue in cheek to me

Me too tbh, it's clearly a joke!

Wonderful to see Shania sitting at the top of the albums. Demi Lovato is holding well and top 5 now looks certain for her.

Its good to see that Michael Jackson will likely miss the top 5 and Ed Sheeran is very safe to remain top 10 to keep his consecutive streak alive.

Excluding "Bridge Over Troubled Water", if Post Malone makes it I can't remember the last time I was this underwhelmed by a number 1. What a bland load of shite!

Could demi have her highest debut week both positions and sales this week then ?

Shame for Miley hopefully she can cling to the top 10

In the words of Roy 'Chubby' Brown and Smokie c. 1995..."WOLF ALICE? WHO THE BLEEP IS WOLF ALICE?" Go Shania!
Really proud of Shania getting a #1 especially after that mean spirited message!

I dare say it would have spurred on Shania fans more than Wolf Alice ones. :)

Feeder are gonna miss Top 10, aren’t they? :(

So what if they don't?. Be grateful they are still around, unlike almost every other band from the Britpop era.

Grow up, they are an ace band. The tweet was a joke, yet you lot take it seriously.

Yeah I read the tweet and didn't understand why people on here and in general are spitting out their dummies.

Nothing bad will happen of course, but they’re favourite artist and I like to see them riding high. They made a very big deal about All Bright Electric reaching #10, so naturally I’d love to see that momentum continue. Of course I’m glad that they’re still around, and that’s a testament to the struggles they’ve been through as a band and (IMO) the continued quality of their music!

Yes, it would be great if they can stay Top 10 - in some ways it is a different release strategy, two CDs containing their best material and effectively a new Album on the third disc. I hadn't realised this third disc "Arrow" is being considered as their 10th studio album.

Divide coming for that #3 position again then. No way it'll do worse than last week (11.9k) with Perfect taking off.

Based on yesterday's update Divide's Sales are up week-on-week by nearly 0.5k, going to be close for that #3 position.

Divide will overtake MJ and Miley but I guess it will finally fall out of the Top 5 this week.

Also, watch 'Perfect' come for #1 in the next few weeks

yeah, the tweet was blatantly satirical - can't believe people have took it seriously
