Absolutely ADORE 'Blinded By Your Grace pt. 2' but that performance coulda done with MNEK. Labrinth just pales in comparison!!

Tonight saw the right result I think, Talia sung a watered down version of a huge track but with absolutely none of the charisma or charm. I found her performance really annoying - shame cause I liked her a lot before this.

 

Kevin and Matt weren't a whole load better really, surely they won't last much longer?? Tracy Leanne absolutely slayed the overs category, so much better than I thought she'd be!!

 

Groups category was pretty good overall - Sean & Conor didn't deliver vocally but I loved the arrangement of Strong and I hope they can tame the vocals next week. Jack & Joel were so much fun, and both The Cutkelvins and Rak-Su delivered polished, professional performances and were easily the best two of the night.

That sounds like a good theme but a lot of them could struggle. I hope Alisah sings Dreaming of You :wub: Can’t see it tho lol

As they do with all the changes (flash vote, jukebox) can they PLEASE just scrap this and go back to the normal 10 week, bottom two sing-off format next year? Come on this show is ending in 2019 anyway now isn’t the time for a major shake-up

Rapping over a London Grammar song should be made illegal

Talia was awful which I wasn't expecting!

RakSu remain one of the worst/most cringe things to ever happen to the show

Kevin and Matt just aren't for me whatsoever

Jack and Joel - I can't decide what was more appalling - that rapping, the choreo or what they were wearing

Never have been keen on Tracy

 

Mix all of that with the absolutely ridiculous "OMG WHO GETS TO SEE PINK" crap and we have one of the worst live X Factor shows I've ever watched :lol:

It is, hence why it was a musical prize this week and there's no indication it'll be anything too different next week...

The bottom two could be blind with one winning prize the other winning it with no sing off as it was unnecessary to hear songs twice. Havana 2.0 was bad enough once.

I like the changes,it has made it feel a bit fresher. Prior to the show Grace wasn't a stand out for me. But I adored her song and that could be a big hit,it's iTunes performance so far is better than the last 2 winners have managed.

I have no idea why they didn't sing something else like the usual sing-off, surely any act who's on X Factor has a fail safe song that they love and know like the back of their hand that they can smash when it comes to a sing-off?

The winner's song will probably be an original the way things are going which will mean that it will have more longevity than usual. Especially as it's Grace who is going to win.
