November 14, 20178 yr Who would have thought Taylor beating Sam Smith to #1 in week 2, great sales for Taylor, I think she could just come under 100k in the end. I wish Evanescence was a lot higher Most people?
November 14, 20178 yr Let's not forget that Bradley Walsh had the biggest selling debut in the UK last year, record companies are jumping on the bandwagon of tv personalities releasing Albums, hope it a short-lived trend and we can get back to some decent new Artists getting a look in. It's been happening for about 70 years so I think we can safely rule out the notion it's a passing fad.
November 14, 20178 yr I had hoped the corrs could get top 10 but it's likely they end up low top 15 at best now😞
November 14, 20178 yr Pleased to see Katie Melua return at #53 with her Christmas album - such a great album. Steps down to #58 :nocheer: Thought they may have held on a little better than this.
November 14, 20178 yr Also thought corrs would be top 10 for sure Same for Evanescense If Aha can go top 10 with a live album...
November 14, 20178 yr The Corrs have come back too quickly after the last one I think. There is no buzz about them at all this time.
November 14, 20178 yr Its been 2 years since the last album from the Corrs so i dont feel it is too quick at all.

November 15, 20178 yr What's up with Shed Seven's sales? Have they sold less than 100 copies in two days or is there an error somewhere? Big Shaq looking safe for a top 10 this week now then and Stormzy headed for his third top 10 as lead artist as well, fab. x Elbow doing a hell of a lot better than Vaults did last year ;o
November 15, 20178 yr Looks like Taylor be finishing on around 90k-95k come friday then, I'm guessing she might just beat her opening for "1989" by a few thousand. Which is great for her!
November 15, 20178 yr Is pink number 10 or George Michael in album charts I'd like to know where P!nk is too. Hopefully she's managed to climb back into the top 10 with Carpool Karaoke/"Beautiful Trauma" gaining in airplay and some new entries falling. Sam Smith's second week looks decent; should do 40-45k. Will be interesting to see how it does this xmas period - it's certainly doing a lot less than I thought but looks to be a strong seller still.
November 15, 20178 yr Decent sales for Sam in week 2 then - should do 45-50k and the top 6 should break 20k!
