New Rules would always struggle to get top 10 this year because it didn’t hit until August. It was always going to happen with streaming now included but until this year the balance still seemed pretty ok. This chart doesn’t necessarily reflect the biggest hits of the year, more the stale listening habits of a portion of the population. Yep, I can't really take the YE chart seriously anymore because of this.
