I don't mind Let You Down, I've not heard this in ages though!

I was into this for about a week but I'm long since over it now, not gutted to see it on its way out.

What a mediocre start to the chart today :( glad it's on the way out! If payola is going to have this much influence then can it at least be for a good song :kink:

MY EYES

Good to see this finally making its way out. Nothingy song.

Radio 1 pls don't waste my time playing this dullness when I finally decide to tune in again x

Still loving Let You Down  Shame it only got to #6 though. Also that chart run is atrocious, I don't mind seeing this leave the top 40 just so we don't have to look at that mess another week :P

Let me pre-emptively say yasss what a banger because I doubt there'll be any other positive reactions :magic: I think I like 'Look Alive' even more than 'God's Plan', Drake is killing it this year so far

If 'it' is my ears then he most certainly is :P

Let You Down has gotten really old pretty quick tbh

The NF track is nice enough. Far from the worst urban offering in the chart.

Go on Sir Bay! Get that top 40 hit!

Ew James Bay. I gave this a couple of listens last week and just found it so forgettable :drama:

of course

This is such a massive grower, I absolutely hated this on first listen  Thankfully it's not such a disappointing comeback after all

this is a bit dull

Not a bad debut for James Bay, wasn't sure if he'd just do a George Ezra (though I reckon Paradise will go top 40 eventually)

Wild Love isn't that bad but not really my thing either.

I am a little disappointed by this, I was hoping for something a bit more alternative like HBTR. I'll give it some time though.

I have to say I'm impressed James Bay has managed to go top 40 with that, given how different it is to his previous stuff, and given George Ezra wasn't able to go top 40 with "Don't Matter Now". Thinking of them as similarly popular artists who debuted in a similar era.

For someone who got that much hype, it's kind of weird that James Bay only has 3 top 40 hits.
