What. an. album.

I was SO excited to hear this after falling in love with Gaga again through going back to her previous albums, watching her success with A Star Is Born, and then Stupid Love and Rain on Me both SERVING, and this has not disappointed. At all. Literally something to enjoy about every song on there. Such a statement, and just so much fun that everybody needs to be dancing to.

Absolutely! Even the songs I didn't rate as highly as others were all really good and had something about them. Looking forward to repeated listens to see what new discoveries I make about each song. Need to rest my ears for now as I had my headphones blasting so loud!

Fun Tonight’s “love the paparazzi love the fame” lyric is so genius bc her debut album and one of her biggest singles get name dropped yet she means them in a literal sense. HER MIND
That was a WHIRLWIND of a listen and my first thoughts are VERY POSITIVE. Highlights are Free Woman, Replay, Sour Candy and Sine From Above (that had NO RIGHT popping off like it did !!!)
That was exhilarating! A few of those songs were breathtakingly fantastic.

That was one hell of an experience.

There's not a bad song on there and it was one hell of an exhilarating first listen, no song let me rest (which is a tiny negative but I'd rather an album give me all it's got than hold back) and I felt excited by so many different songs, so that bodes well for me wanting to return to plenty for repeat listens. Free Woman jumped out as an immediate favourite, while Replay and Alice stand out as the most memorable favourites. It's quite hard to seperate which dance song was what on first listen but I'm sure that won't be a problem in future listens. But, whew, my wig done FLEW. I would've asked for dance Gaga if I could get any sound from this album and by god, she delivered and she didn't let me BREATHE. She delivered and THEN SOME.

My biggest headf*** of emotion is that... Elton John sounds f***ing AWFUL? But without him, I think Sine From Above would be my favourite and the beatdrop is my favourite dance moment on the whole album. So, where I stand with that, I do not know.

Can't wait for my opinions to change on everything but yes, what an exciting and fun album. Not a single ballad to be found ANYWHERE, I'm sure certain songs will jump out at me on future listens that didn't get their chance to shine initially.

She truly is unafraid to reference or be referenced :smoke:
