May 23, 20187 yr If someone had told me a couple of months ago that Medina would be in with a shot of going top 20 then I would have laughed in your face Edited May 23, 20187 yr by smidsy101
May 23, 20187 yr So pleased Tom Walker is looking likely to make the Top 40 after it previously peaked at #41 over 3 months ago. Is it really looking likely though? It would be nice if it does.
May 23, 20187 yr shame no one could knock Calvin off this week, feels too long for that song.. then again the number 1's in general haven't been great this year so far 😖 Edited May 23, 20187 yr by Rob S
May 23, 20187 yr so james bay will probably not even do 15K catastrophic 2nd week for arctic monkeys too :/The way sales have fallen away so quickly for AM suggests that the album could be off the charts in a matter of weeks. I've posted before that I quite like the album but it has alientated many fans and it's true it is something of a self indulgent album and is almost an Alex Turner solo album. I can't see it ever going Platinum and it's likely to end up being their smallest selling album. It might be best in the long run for the AM that they get back in the studio as soon as possible and get a new album out because another few years wait for a new album could see their fanbase shrink quickly.

But it's by far their best album No one wants them to be the British equivalent of Foo Fighters = doing the same all over again

May 24, 20187 yr I hope Drake can overtake Ari :D He's less than 200 units behind at the moment so it seems very likely.
