17 5.00 Por Favor (with Pitbull)

fifth harmony's latest single as main artist (joint with PITBULL *.*) clearly wasn't them going out on a high as it finishes last!! 'Por Favor' was officially the third single from their self-titled, although it was released over two months after it. ;o It failed to enter many charts worldwide but did well in Spain. The hook and vocals on this are lushhh and it's brilliant latin pop for me, there's definitely much worse in their discography :( it was very close around the bottom half though!

16 5.21 Sin Contracto (with Maluma)

I wasn't aware of the existence of this before this rate ;o and I'm clearly not the only one as eight people didn't rate it, more than any other song. even so, I can see why it's so low as the track never really gets going, I think I enjoyed it on first listen but it's one of those songs you have no desire at all to go back to  'Sin Contracto' was a fairly big latin hit in America but unsurprisingly did little in the UK, as the latin trend was about a year away.

Yeah, that bottom two feels right. Two truly forgettable songs.

15Write On Me / 5.48

I'm surprised this one has come so low, even it is just a promotional single from 7/27. It is a lovely mid tempo ballad and produced by Kygo who I assumed had quite a few fans on here. The video is really simplistic but it does sell the song quite nicely imo. It's scored third from bottom overall but I feel this should be even just a few places higher.

14I'm In Love With A Monster / 5.66

I always seem to forget this track exists because it was almost under the radar between Worth It and Work From Home. I remember thinking at the time it was an odd move for them to be doing a soundtrack as they weren't that well established and I particularly remember there being a negative reception here  I don't visit this one hugely or have any strong opinions on it which is probably why it has scored low as I'm not the only one

Erm, Write On Me being rated lower than I'm In Love With A Monster? REALLY?

I forgot to rate in this but I'm In Love With A Monster isn’t that bad tbh, especially considering some of the other crap they’ve put out. It’s only a soundtrack single and wouldn’t have worked in any other way but for what it is I think they did a nice job. Every time I’ve seen Hotel Transylvania (which is several times because it’s a fun movie and Adam Sandlers best in like 15 years) I’ve heard this and enjoyed it :P

All In My Head is one of their worst, hope it comes out soon but I know it’s probably won’t (same goes for Down). WFH is overrated but I imagine it’ll be Top 2 with Worth It

13 Me & My Girls 5.72

'Me & My Girls' was only a promotional single from the Better Together EP, exclusive to Radio Disney  *.* Slay a bit.

12 Angel 5.75

An urban bop!! I doubt anyone would expect this to be a bj fave lmaooo, it's very Soundcloud trap which isn't even something I like normally but this is incredible  it has a great vibe and the edgier sound really suits them, a highlight on self-titled for sure! 'Angel' was a promo single.

'Angel' is a really good sound for them and they should have released it as the 2nd single instead of that awful 'HLT' which samples that awful MC Hammer song, along with that cringe-worthy music video. I honestly think that if this was released instead it could have been a hit and maybe restored some favour after the flop of 'Down' (which in all fairness wasn't a very good comeback single anyway).

So yeah a really good song and a major missed opportunity that could have saved their careers.
