So.......

Week starting 9th November is next big week for UK sales

She already has 1.5k cassettes in bag probably 1k of them sold to UK purchasers

Then Musics Too sad is song of week on radio 2 until Sat 10th Nov by then it will probably move from B list to A list for week commencing 10th Nov.

She is on J Ross on Saturday 10th Nov performing with Savoretti, this will be nice and intimate. Plus Spice girls are on which means lots of viewers for this episode than usual. Also it is filmed on weds 7th so the media will get hold of it from Thursday morning etc so momentum will build as like I said Spice girls will give her passive interest, photos etc

She has European Tour starting 8th Nov

Maybe a price drop of 59p for Musics too sad edit? Will they add it to some more playlists ? Get those Christmas bells of the edit into people's heads and on xmas playlists? Any more remixes coming?

Will the Prince Charles concert thing be shown during the week Nov 12-16th? She said I'd Nov so that could be more promo?

If it all goes well could we see 3k sales that week and top 75 again? All albums will gain sales increase during Xmas time so that's why I am conservative top 75

Will we get and Xmas stocking filler physical single of Musics too sad

Ended up at #115!

1,151 sales this week, a 29.2% increase on last week [738 physicals / 163 downloads / 250 streaming]

118,620 total.

That figure of 118k  So pleased that its comfortably gold rather than just making it - by the time the era is over 150-160 doesn’t seem impossible does it which is fantastic.

It would be wonderful if it manages 150,000.

If the Christmas promo takes off she may well manage that.

I am still hoping it can outsell Kylie Christmas.

Currently #96 in the midweeks, 500 copies sold. So far projected to stay Top 100 with nearly 1.3k.

96 in midweeks! that was better than expected

i suppose the xfactor repeat on Saturday helped the weekend shoppers.

she filmed M Mcintyre yesterday and filming J Ross on Weds.

i expect some kind of release on Friday 9th to be honest.... a remix or a CD single or something? i know we already have the cassette release.

Its in a better position this week than last and i would think sales would be higher this week than last all round.
#96 is a good start to the week - R2 impact? I’ve always said that MTSWY sounded like the kind of song to sell the album and I think it will get a big boost after the upcoming performance as the general public will be aware of several songs from the album now and may think it’s time to invest in a copy
I def think it's a good song to sell an album too,I expected the album to in this position last week and much lower this week so it's a good surprise.

The album sold because the Xfactor was Sunday and so some shoppers waiter until weekend when they go shop and purchased. And Xfactor repeat.

Further info from UKMIX for yesterday's update:

96 (115) GOLDEN

Sales: 503

Yesterday: 184

Sales WoW: +30%

CD: 349

Digital: 71

Streaming: 76

Vinyl: 7

Cass: 0

That Cassette figure soon to change to around 800-1,000 depending on how many were purchased in the UK :cheer:
Is it next week the cassette is released?

Yes.....album at 104 today... sales up 11% week on week but only 99 registered copies sold yesterday. Perhaps a bit of data is missing.

If Golden can sell like it has done so this week for next week and add the cassette sales it will make it back into the charts.

Nice to see Golden on the rise in the mids, and as stated it'll receive a nice boost from cassettes for next week. Isn't KM94 in the 120k-ish area? So not long until Golden overtakes!

Probably closer to 130k than 120k, but Golden will undoubtedly out-do that by the end of the year!

Depending on what its total currently stands at and whether it'll re-appear over Christmas (which I reckon it will), it could overtake Kylie Christmas too. That would put it as her 13th best selling album according to my list.
