March 16, 20196 yr Absolutely disgraceful from Andre Marriner. How could he possibly have awarded that penalty? It clearly wasn't a pen so he must have just guessed. What happened to 'if you don't see it, you can't give it? There's going to be lots of talk about VAR now. I wanted them to go to extra-time before they went through. Thought City were quite poor until they got their massive slices of luck.

I hope they give Ole the job still as well no matter what happens this season 1, 2 or more defeats wont change my view on the manager. Wolves were the better team and showed more passion and deserved the victory. Manchester City have got this trophy in the bag now and will end up with a domestic treble at the very least!

They have a real shot at the Quadruple now. Still think their April schedule is absolutely mental - no way I can see them winning every game, so something's gotta give hopefully.. Guess the one positive is Man Utd are gonna have to at least try to take points off of them in the league game, unless they want their Treble win to revert being an ice cream with a flake in it.

Because of the international break, there is only one league fixture before the semifinal. That’s a little frustrating for Brighton as it means even victory in that match (Southampton at home) won’t secure safety. It would be good to go into the semi with nothing else to play for.

March 20, 20196 yr Pep Guardiola is whingeing that Man City have to play a league game at home to Cardiff a few days before the semi-final. He conveniently overlooks the fact that Brighton have a rather trickier fixture, away to Chelsea, on the same night.

April 5, 20196 yr Author Watford v Wolves on Sunday, can not call that match at all, can see that match going to extra time. Would be great if Brighton were able to beat Man City.

April 7, 20196 yr I hope Watford annihilate Wolves today, Wolves have beaten United twice this season and no matter who wins today the cup is going to Manchester City anyway. I would hope that Watford would be the team to win the cup instead.
