Lady GaGa could be the 1st Solo Female to have the UK's No.1 Single, Album and Movie, at the same time.

However, Olivia Newton-John may have beaten her to it, in 1978. She was No.1 - at the same time - for several

Weeks, with 'Summer Nights', (with John Travolta), and the 'Grease' Soundtrack. As 'Grease' was the UK's No.1

Film for 1978, she was very likely also No.1 - at the same time - with that Movie.

Agnetha and Frida probably achieved it as half of ABBA in 1978. That would be with 'Take A Chance On Me',

'The Album' and 'ABBA - The Movie'.

'ABBA - The Movie' was the UK's 7th biggest Film of 1978. Which means that it was almost certainly No.1

in the Weekly UK Box Office.

Ah right I forgot about summer nights well I suppose she would be the first American female singer to do it

I may be wrong, but I think the OCC doesn’t count ASIB as a Gaga album, do they?

The article they put out announcing ASIB as the #1 album claimed it was her 4th #1 album so I assume they count it

Well looks like it’s down as cast recording which I find funny seeing as it’s only Bradley and haha who sing on it.

thats a tricky one, cos when the OCC posted the 1st chart update on their site when ASIB was released it was credited as Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper

but then in the final Friday chart it was credited as

A STAR IS BORN

MOTION PICTURE CAST RECORDING

so sure she's part of the cast recording but it's not a Gaga album either, so not sure how it should count really :D

I think the problem is that there is also a Dialogue version of the Star is Born Soundtrack where other members of the cast do some talking in between songs, which is why it is credited as a "cast album".

Why would any want to listen to a version like this?

ASIB should Be credited as Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper it is on Itunes.

Madonna got a credit for Evita and she didn’t do the entire soundtrack just a big part of it.

But the Evita think shouldnt have been credited to Madonna alone

That was some bizarre crediting

It won't be long before we have a whole top 5 (or 10) of OST albums. Great to see Shallow further securing this week's #1. A month ago this scenario would've just been wishful thinking and nothing more. Good to see Dua & Co in the top 40 with hopefully another future top 3 smash. I get the comparisons to 2009-12 pop songs.

Ruin My Life has climbed more 3 places today. Top 30 tomorrow?

Rak-Boo now top 40. :o
