I just watched episode 3 AND the preview for episode 4.

Valentina is growing on me. She's gotten so much more fierce and is here to SLAY *.* Although it would've been a gag of the century and one of the biggest twists in RPDR herstory if she was sent home by Manila...

TRINITY'S CAITLYN JENNER OH MY GOD. Absolutely spot on and I think one of the all time great Snatch Game performances.

 

I thought the bottom 3 were all pretty bad but Monet was probably worse than Valentina, Val was one of those odd ones where they were in character but it was just so forced and not funny at all, like the judges said she'd clearly researched a lot but then not actually applied anything to the situation properly to make it funny. Monet and Latrice were just acting like themselves, Gia was terrible but at least it veered into laughably so at times. I get that Latrice was frustrated but like Ross said, nothing phases her yet she throws herself off and gets miserable just because Gia was awful...

 

Val is getting a really cute edit. Even in epsidoe 3.

I feel bad for Farrah. Her dancing was terrible in the girl group but Gia obviously got into her head. I'm really surprised at how well she's done so far, she flopped so badly in Snatch Game on season 6 so I wouldn't be surprised to see her out next (I haven't watched episode 3 yet so don't @ me)

 

Valentina definitely deserved a challenge win after being robbed last week but I think Monét deserved to win the lipsync, even though her outfit reveal was basic and used the exact same silhouette that she used twice last week again!!

Her lip-sync was a tired rehash of every other lip-sync she's done... The same silhouette, reveal, fake death-drop... There wasn't much fight to it.

 

For me, Valentina was the clear winner. She gave it her all and it was one of the more fun lip-syncs we've had in a while. Drag Race has become more about who can have the more impressive reveal or surprise - I'm glad they rewarded what felt like a classic lip-sync performance.

Valentina :wub: I am so on board with her this time. I hope she goes top 3!!!

I really liked the second epsiode. Manila's dress was AMAZING! One of the best looks on RPDR - defo top 10. I was so sad with Latrice being overlooked yet again. The top 3 should've been Latrice/Valentina/Monet or Naomi. The bottom two was right and Farrah being eliminated the right choice as well. Living for the Gia vs Farrah drama. Although glad it's over with Farrah now gone.

 

And OMG the 3rd episode leaked?!?! Perfect Christmas present. Time to watch *_*

I *want* to love Monet but I agree, I feel like even when she's doing well, it's just kind of Monet on autopilot. When you look at others who've been doing well, they're bringing their essence but stepping it up with new things and surprises from them (particularly Naomi) whereas Monet right now seems to just be the same as if these challenges happened on Season 10, even though her girl group performance was great. The lipsync was the same, we've seen it all from her, whereas Valentina just let go and had fun. I love Joe's description of "me in a club" because YES, Valentina was just like any gay getting their life over Into You in a club and that was quite fun and refreshing for a lipsync.

 

I'm warming to Valentina a bit and she definitely slayed the episode, her talking heads are great too, but I always just feel there's something so off and fake about her so I wouldn't say I'm ever rooting for her.

monet was my favourite in season 10 but she seems to be a self-parody. plus her lipsync outfit was absolutely dreadful. she has fabulous thick legs but they did not work for a cheap stretch slit gown....

 

with a multicoloured horrible wig too????? she's better than this.

I’m quite surprised how much myself (and seemingly others) seem to have gone off Monét. She was one of my favourites last season and I felt like the show took a negative turn when she left. But I guess that’s what happens when she’s put up against legitimate All Stars rather than...Kameron and E****a.

Monet just seems to have a few tricks up her sleeve that she likes to rehash and use up until everyone has gotten absolutely sick to death of them lol. I'm SO over Monet and

was just awkward and pathetic to say the least, and Trinity clapped back so well it was almost an unfairly disproportionate fight.

I will be shocked if anyone but Trinity takes this whole thing. She's a god damn superstar.

 

Valentina's lip sync was awesome. Great personality, lots of fun and the twirling was great. She deserved that win.

 

I haven't disliked a queen as much as I dislike Gia for a while. Probably since Phi Phi. She's just conniving, twisted and nasty. There's nothing fun about her at all.

 

Episode 3 was good, but I prefer the normal Snatch Game format.

Trinity, Manilla and Naomi smashed it.

 

 

I do not think Valentina deserved bottom 2 at all. Latrice wasn’t in character at all and had no laughs and Monet wasn’t in character either. Val has a fully realised character. But I guess she was bottom for drama.

Trinity was 100X better than them all.
