Listed as ‘limited edition’ on Amazon - however that could be 50,000 copies 🤣

Looking at Amazon price history sites there were no BF reductions for the Tom Grennan, Jess Glynne & Sam Ryder physicals so not convinced we’ll get any discounts - not sure they’ll be needed as Amazon will ensure exposure is high, the benefits to them (and promoting their streaming services) are huge if they claim the Christmas #1

Just looked on Amazon and the green CD isn’t being displayed in the chart, just the red one at 29.

With Kylie repromoting/re releasing however we describe it kinda goes against a theory i had and others too that Kylie Christmas was a very contract obliging album, she really must have been more into it than we actually thought for her to revisit that whole era again.

It probably at the time was a contract get out but maybe with the success of SB, and the increase in Christmas music consumption overall it’s lured her back (I’m sure the Amazon link up helped too!)

Very true as when you look at her streaming numbers her Christmas songs make up good numbers for her which is good as it gets her streams but for me the reality is most of her other singles are far better but i will still take it.

Its great she got the Amazon link up as its really gives her a great opportunity, we waited 13 years for a top 10 single from all the lovers to padam padam and now its looks certain she will achieve another within a 3 year period. Pre padam padam i never thought we would see her get 2 top 10 singles again as i remember Dancing going Top 40 felt like a massive achievement, but its Kylie all over, you can never write her off as she has proven time and time again and its why we love her.

Let’s not jinx it but I really hope for big streams via Amazon.

Aside from Santa Baby she’s only achieved moderate success but I’m sure it’s lucrative and from a business point of view she can definitely reap far more rewards with an original track. XMAS and perhaps one or more of the others could become a staple just like Cher has managed with DJ….pop dance Christmas bangers by legends mixing it up with the usual standards covered by Buble that dominate every playlist.

Plus Kylie is a co writer too on these new ones.

i am feeling Office Party might actually do VERY well too on other platforms for her. Would not suprise me if she has made a couple of cheap videos to through out.

I mean everyone has an Office Party in December and some in November

Could be an exciting time with Xmas hopefully riding high, annual interest in SB and some support for Office Party!

They’ve been snubbing ‘Santa Baby’ for years on their main Christmas playlists so f*** then I say! 😂

Also I’ve just checked the OCC rules and it says alternative versions of albums will be combined if there is a 80% crossover with the tracking list. This new edition doesn’t make that threshold but it wouldn’t be the first time the OCC have ignored their own rules!

Red Amazon Vinyl is only £18 on Amazon at the moment

The green vinyl still number 1 on the CD/Vinyl current sales chart so must be doing ok!

£18 for a new vinyl is cheap….wonder why vinyl prices seem to have fallen back? Noticed they’re a bit less for other artists too.

They’ll be price matching someone so adjust their prices.

The lower price will def help get the sales from people who may be on the fence about buying, i know it makes a difference for me when im buying some vinyls, not necessarily Kylie as i will buy them any way but with other artists price influences my decision.

Ive ordered my Golden Discs exclusive version along with the colour vinyl edition.

2 weeks ago Santa Baby was averaging 9.5k streams a day. It has steadily climbed and yesterday it's streams were 47.5k. The most wonderful time is now in her top 25 daily streams. Throw in the single and the other tracks makes it clear it's time for me to make a Mea Culpa, even this far out.

The Album is going to do way way better then I first imagined.
