It'll not be similar to Boyzones comeback with plenty of radio 2 support and decent album sales but can't see them being like Take That, they aren't talented enough to write great songs!

Calvin's a big name but he's never guaranteed hits - look at Nuh Ready Nuh Ready just a year ago :') it's generally the star power of both his name and a big name feature that sees him getting such hype. Of course, the quality of One Kiss and Promises helped them in the long term though.

Calvin has done pretty consistently well for most of his career whether or not he had big features though, he had a few misses recently (with songs that didn't sound at all like big hits regardless of the names involved, mind) but it's not like he hasn't had recent hits in which he was the clear star of the song ('My Way' was pretty big with no feature at all and 'How Deep Is Your Love' was even bigger with only the barely established Disciples). Also don't forget he had several huge hits before he ever started releasing collaborations as singles!

Unrelated: credit where it's due, I'm very surprised Fleur has managed to get this high on iTunes - it remains to be seen if it'll make any impact on streaming though. The comparison to that Professor Green track may turn out to be apt. For what it's worth though I heard 'Sax' on Heart FM earlier and the DJ mentioned that she'd released a comeback single!

Lana still gets support from R1 and Lorde will continue to do so too.

I feel like Lorde will have a similar trajectory to Kate Bush, hitting it out of the park with a smash, but continuing to get support with a massive cult fanbase and critical acclaim as well as continued smaller hits.

Hopefully she goes the same way as Kate Bush and retires sooner rather than later x

Can we not compare Lorde to the glorious Kate Bush please.

And did Kate Bush retire? I thought she just spent long periods of time away between releases.

her last 3 studio albums are Red Shoes (1993), Aerial (2005) and 50 words for Snow (2011)

I was aware, thank you, but none of that means that she’s retired.

Yeah its more likely another hiatus than retirement although all of her albums were remastered and some rerecorded for various reasons last year

Westlife will do well on iTunes but obviously be let down by streaming. I can't see it going much higher than Top 40, unless it's an absolutely amazing song. Is it an Ed Sheeran composition?
I like to think Kate is still writing and recording in between tea with the Vicar and coffee mornings with Stephen Fry.

Ed sheeran is amazing ?

I guarantee he's going to do 'Shotgun' again.

(Are there any shows he hasn't been on?)

Chris Brown still being a thing in 2019? Ok ~

He'll perform 'Shotgun' and give it enough of a boost to keep it in the official top 10 just to piss everyone off, no doubt.
