Maroon 5 have some great songs, but a Super Bowl performance they are not made for.

Girls Like You is truly one of the most offensively pointless, drab and boring songs I've ever heard, it still absolutely blows my mind that it actually worked and was massive :manson:

Maroon 5 have some bops but they're less frequent as the years go on. What Lovers Do is the only decent thing from their last era.

The Super Bowl effect has never been that big over here as far as I can remember? And this seems like one of the least hyped half-time shows in a while.

Tbf it wasnt the most memorable performance, Jay Z and the other rappers entrances mid performance and him taking his shirt are the only bits of notice

Girls Like You was by far the worst song Maroon 5 have ever recorded let alone made a success. If I didnt know any better I’d think they’d attempted to make the most boring, tuneless and uneventful song they could with the laziest lyrics just to see if people will listen to anything.

Turns out they can.

Girls Like You is my favourite Maroon 5 song oops

(admittedly it's like 7/10 on a good day and Cardi has the best part but still)

You liking it only confirms it’s blandness tbh

Whoa, what brings The Strumbellas into the top 65? :o
Shame that PSB won't chart... they haven't reached top 40 in almost ten years and midweek release and all this time around

It is a shame, they are still releasing music that really stands up to their past work and still have a lot to give.

Mind you, I haven't actually heard these two new songs yet.

Don't remember Jay Z being there

My mistake the entrance so grand I assumed it was, but the point is it was more memorable than the actual Superbowl act
