Everything from this era has grown on me, plus the variety of sounds has been really interesting. I still have hope that the album is going to be a keeper.

So I've listened to this now and I do like it, it's certainly not a pop follow up to Art Angels but it feels like a record halfway between Visions and Art Angels, it's definitely sonically darker. The vinyl only has the edited versions of the longer tracks so I'm still yet to hear absolutely everything - IDORU is quite the nice closer so looking forward to hearing the 7 minute version of that in particular.
I see - what a mess! (I think the album already leaked a while back though so...)
Have to say that there's nothing more commercial on it than what has already been released. It's not going to beat the high points of Art Angels but it doesn't have the same lows, there were a couple on there that I never gelled with at all.
Not really feeling 'Delete Forever' much on first listen, found it a little boring tbh oops - I will be giving the album a listen next week anyway so hopefully it might grow on me, I've liked all of the other singles.
That your option.

Loving this despite not being completely sure on some of the singles at first.

The last three tracks make it for me, what a closer IDORU is 😭

4ÆM is definitely the weak link for me

Outside of the singles the songs that stood out to me are Darkseid and Before the Fever

Delete Forever is my favourite overall though and by quite a LOT at the moment. Can't get enough.

'Darkseid' is the one from the album tracks  'You'll miss me when I'm not around' and to a lesser extent 'IDORU' are also standing out.

'So Heavy I Fell Through The Earth' sounded better than I remember when listening to it on the album but I'm still not getting anything from 'Delete Forever' oops, think it was actually my least favourite song on the album :x (that my option ik xx)

Before the Fever is the post-apocalyptic anthem I didn’t know I needed

This album has grown on me so much after I gave it several more thorough listens (and spent two hours watching Grimes’ interviews and stuff last week oops she’s soooo likeable <3 ). Before The Fever and New Gods are my newest obsessions.

She's also dropped a new song ('Delicate Weapon') as part of the Cyberpunk 2077 soundtrack, don't think this has been posted anywhere else yet:

It's another song that's a little on the washed out side but I'm enjoying this quite a bit.
