What aren't you getting/understanding?

 

Jamie has too much control. She's well enough to do multiple world tours, a Vegas residency, albums with promotional schedules, as long as it makes him some money, right? If she is as unwell as you like to claim she is (coz you're no better than us at knowing the ins and outs), she needs a professional to help. NOT her father, who is making her do things she doesn't want to do and is only allowing her to do things that financially help him.

 

He's controlling, using and abusing her.

 

I (not sure about others, but I presume them too) am NOT saying she isn't well. She needs someone more trusting who will take better care of her and her estate.

Except this is something you've conjured up in your head and you're claiming more knowledge than those who actually know Britney's medical history.

OK. You realise that Britney might not be the best authority over her own interests? And "members of her own family" is like... her mom? Who sold her off in the first place in the place where she currently is "lol".

I think it's really difficult to comment on the Free Britney saga as none of us really know what is going on, however as it stands to me something doesn't add up. Family members speaking out, Britney applying for her own lawyers or someone else to take control, the fact that Britney has been on these intense world tours and put up on the stage when she is supposedly so unwell... it doesn't all appear to be in Britney's best interest.

Yes exactly, it's hard to express a judgement but I think we all know how dodgy her dad comes across.

 

Nobody here is saying 'free her from her conservatorship' - not even Britney, nor the rest of her family.

 

I think she, her family, her friends (her fans being only a factor in the equation) and whoever seems to care about her only want to see someone who hasn't got a conflict of interests counsel her on the next moves, financially and career-wise. I'm pretty sure that if her dad had no foul play Britney would be very happy to hand this over to him and to pay someone in her inner circle rather than an external company. But clearly it's not the case - and she wants IMPARTIALITY.

 

Also don't forget her kids have a restraining order in place against Jamie, so this definitely doesn't make it easier for her to see them.

The whole point of the Free Britney movement is to remove her from the conservership otherwise the arguement "shes been under a conservership for twelve years" wouldn't keep coming up.

 

I'm a little indifferent to the abuse claims... and I'm not overly sure what my opinion on Lou Taylor is as Lynne Spears speaks very highly of her in her 2008 book 'Through the Storm' and she's a business manager for some really big clients...

Obviously tone-deaf 'stans' aim at that, but her legion of toxic fans are her fans, and Britney's team is Britney's team.

 

Britney, her mum and her lawyer are not challenging her need for a conservatorship. Documents show she wants her career and finances managed more impartially by an external company, which is fair to ask I think.

I get really bothered by these fans on twitter... they post things like "Britney recorded a secret album 'The Original Doll' which wasn't allowed to be released because of the conservership' even though

 

a) it's likely The Original Doll was nothing more than a few demos

b) it was 2/3 years before the conservership.

 

Their also all up in Sam Lufti's corner when hes literally the reason shes under a conservership... according to lynne.

Britney through her lawyer has requested an explanation regarding a fee increase of 260% requested by Britney's (just resigned) business manager Lou Taylor and paid by her father (with her money) without consulting her in 2019, a year in which Britney says she didn't work.

 

It was also flagged that Lou previously used hundreds of thousands of Britney's dollars to foot her own bill for a legal battle agains some Britney fans who were (ironically) accusing her and Jamie of squandering Britney's money for personal use. (

)

 

From the documents exposed (and in this case an email from Sam) it also seems that Britney was planning to start work on a new album in 2019, or at least put together a production team. (As we know everything has since been halted, and Britney is not wishing to work nor perform at present, at least not while Jamie is involved).

Just WHY though? Why him? Why can't the court appoint someone less driven by money?

 

I hate this for her. Now I'm really worried for her.

The judge did appoint a co conservator at the request of Britney and advised they’d be willing to hear this again so there are obviously reasons as to why this wasn’t removed.

It’s horrible

 

She has no life at all really, she’s not allowed to do anything because of her father, I don’t even understand why a father would even want to control his daughter that much? I really hope Britney speaks out about it all because it’s the only way if she confirms it all, what’s her father gonna do, sue her for the money he keeps from her?
