Very exciting news! Hope it's good, he's been nothing if not consistent with those writers and producers for a few years.
Do we know if it's an entirely new song, or something left out of the self-titled?

Well either way it's an entirely new song we haven't heard yet :kink:

Hyped for this! Probably the There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back of this era in terms of release strategy.

I did read the title of the topic first thinking he'd covered the old disco hit. Either way good to hear something new from him. My friend went to see his tour in Liverpool last month. Looked quite good by all accounts!
^haha thought the same, Kim Wilde <3
Really excited for this! I hope it's good. Since Treat You Better he's been fast becoming my fave male artist. I heard There's Nothing Holding Me Back for the first time in a while and it still bops so fricking hard! Something like that or In My Blood and I'll combust.

Not quite as immediate as TNHMB but a lot more energy than anything in his last era. I like it a lot. His arms are incredibly distracting however.

It slots perfectly in between TNHMB and Lost In Japan.

I like it, but I'm def a little underwhelmed. Hopefully I'll get used to it. But for now it's a 7/10 sorta good, but could be better song.

To be fair, as an in-between albums single, I don't think it really needed to be a 10/10. It'll do well enough on radio and streaming to keep his name out there whilst he goes on tour.

It starts off really strong, but starts to run out of ideas about 2 minutes in.

Yeah, this is definitely enough to keep fans satisfied while he's on tour I think. I'm LOVING it  Lots of energy and already sounding a bit different to what was on the album.

I hope this means we're getting a Self Titled re-issue soon :D

It's not as good as TNHMB or Lost In Japan (or like 25% of self titled) but I'm digging this vibe from him.
