Was it that bad you all logged out for 3 minutes? :( Some genres and styles tend not to do well on bjsc and others do predictably well, some can go either way. I like the riskier choices and the best of the safe ones as it gets dull when eg everyone enters dance tracks. Its good to have the variety even if they go down like a led zep - raleigh ritchie was always also going to struggle in favour of beats but worth having the variety i say :)

I was and still am a big fan of his epic Stronger Than Ever back in 2014. Â Not all dance music though does well, the kind of dance music I send usually doesn't really do that well, and I don't expect Birizdo I Am to qualify or even to come close to qualifying, especially as the dance bloc are mostly in semi 1. May 8, 20196 yr Yes,I'm quite happy entering music that isn't typical of what others send even if it isn't going to do well. I was considering a dance track that I've just discovered that would have done much better than Nik Kershaw but I didn't like it enough myself to enter it.

I was and still am a big fan of his epic Stronger Than Ever back in 2014.  Not all dance music though does well, the kind of dance music I send usually doesn't really do that well, and I don't expect Birizdo I Am to qualify or even to come close to qualifying. Yes i couldnt resist sending my current fave :lol: raleighs old hit was a goodie too. i love dance and great pop and they will always get big points off me but if im liking 2 tracks the same im more liable to favour the more unusual just as a reward for taking the riskier approach :)  We have voted, a good semi and quite a few got no points that i wanted to point. Shame!
May 8, 20196 yr Raleigh finally getting some recognition! :heart: I saw him on tour in Dec and he is one of my absolute favourites, live, already! Voted. Semi 2... was interesting. The songs I voted for could genuinely be the final top 10 and I wouldn't be mad. Everything else was either boring or just not to my tastes at all. But the top 10 would probs feature in my final votes in most other contests. A solid selection there!

May 8, 20196 yr I'll tell you one use those have, Rontvia's track seems to be completely and utterly inaccessible to anyone in the USA to even listen to, and I'm too lazy to change my Internet location right now, however I'm not too lazy to download xx Thanks! Otherwise, I've just finished my semi listen and am nearly ready to send (before I listen to said musical contraband) and do a final order.
