I knew this was coming after last night's TV special on Channel 5

Yes at James Arthur at number 3. :yahoo:

The haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate. Baby, I'm just gonna shake, shake, shake, shake, shake. I shake it off... :P

EDIT: also love that new Zayn song. It's his best since Pillowtalk imo. Zhavia is fantastic there too. I had forgotten there was a version of this song from Katie Price and Peter Andre.

In an environment where a near exact clone of James Arthur (with worse songs) can get a song to #1 for 7 weeks it's hardly surprising that the real James Arthur can also still get big hits  I loved 'Say You Won't Let Go' so if this song is similar I quite look forward to hearing it ~
James Arthur is nowhere near as awful as he was when his career began but I still wish it had been Matt Cardle that had the career resurgence.
It forever baffles and frustrates me that James Arthur got a second resurgence. It's just wrong and it shouldn't have happened, and it's still ongoing!

Why is it such a travesty; I get he was dick at the start, however has apologised and obviously got through his depression etc.

Is it just people don;t like his voice as the level of hate on here seem way OTT

I'm 100% the same.

James Arthur's Empty Space was goods surprised it didn't peak higher, think it peaked at #22

but let's not forget he released that duet with Anne-Marie, one of the worst covers in recent years

All this talk about Cheryl [insert Current Surname Here] when we all know that the best song called “I Don’t Care” is the one that Shakespear's Sister did in 1992.

What was the last eurovision song to hit #1 on uk? Euphoria?

Only reached #3 officially (though it did go to #1 on iTunes, in which case I think it was the last to make it there).

I think it would've been 'Ooh Aah (Just A Little Bit)' officially.

What was the last eurovision song to hit #1 on uk? Euphoria?

Euphoria didn't actually get to #1 in the UK, it reached #3. I think the last Eurovision song to reach number one was 'Ooh Aah... Just A Little Bit' by Gina G?

Welp, Dan got there first

Speaking of Shakespear's Sister, why is 'Stay' back in the chart? Hands down one of my favourite songs of the 90s
Was the Adele show a repeat of one that was on before or a totally new one.

It is a new Documentary but wouldn't be surprised if they have re-used some material from previous Doc - incidentally there is a repeat tonight at 6pm.

They are back together and performed it on Graham Norton
