I’m hearing Octopus is Katherine Jenkins?

 

The Apprentice thing is because her house was used as the one the contestants stay in during one of the series.

Lots of people speculating Rag now for Monster - I'll have to go back and look at the previous clues.

Rag N Bone Man has a much stronger voice and a completely tone as well! There’s no way he’d do a show like this at this stage in his career.

But his personality to me has always seemed he’s very shy and he doesn’t really like doing things like interviews so I don’t think he’d do something like this unless he was paid a lot but I’ll still say Cee Lo.

Octopus wise I’m gonna go with Lea Michele.

I also think Jason is the hedgehog but I’m not at all certain. I just think it’s a Male from somewhere in the UK what’s fairly north (well north of Birmingham but south of north east). My mam thinks Hedgehog is Michael Ball though.

Skin, as part of Skunk Anansie, was the first black female Glastonbury headliner in 1999!

 

It's a shame they're one of the lesser known headliners now from that period - but that's mostly due to them breaking up for originally in 2001.

Seen a few people suggesting Octopus could be Mylene Klass, a piano recital of hers was a prize on the Apprentice in 2016 and apparently her record deal for her album was one of the biggest of all time in terms of classical music (which would explain "shook hands on a record breaking deal" or whatever she said).

 

It's the cosmetics clue throwing me off! I thik Katharine Jenkins sounds like a good guess but then what of the cosmetics clue? :lol:

What surprises me most is that Davina hasn’t figured out Queen Bee - wasn’t she the presenter of Popstars the Rivals and would therefore know Nicola’s voice/ that she was a wildcard

 

Find it interesting that in this weeks show they have possibly guessed two already (CeeLo and Kelis). I’m actually waiting for a clue where it is announced that two of the masked singers have recorded together....

 

I’m now thinking Dannii Minogue for Octopus, although Lea Michele is an actress and could be putting on that accent/persona

Lea Michele is much better at singing pop songs than whoever was singing 'One Last Time' last night :lol: I always found the Minogue sisters in general to be hit and miss vocally in live performances. So tie that in with the fact they're purposefully trying to disguise their voices at the same time.. that's what helped me come to the conclusion that it was Dannii. :lol: (And the Jason Donovan pic)

Yeah I thought the same about Lea, plus I feel like her voice so full and strong it'd be harder for her to hide it if she was just singing differently to throw them off the scent, plus none of the clues really make sense for her.

Mylene Klass would go in with the first reality show clue. Ooooh!

The premise for the show is a good idea at keeping a fairly consistent audience, so I'm not too surprised it holding up pretty well

But having said that I do think she is better than last nights performance. But the first performance sounded a lot like her. I think it’s someone who’s good at acting /accents and someone who isn’t using their real voice. It’s also someone who can sing classical and I think Lea is classically trained.

 

I’d be stunned if it was Dannii Minogue I didn’t think she could sing that well definitely not as well as the Part Of My World performance.

100% this. Dannii is not a great singer, so no idea how she could do the mermaid song! Maybe it's an opera/ theatre singer who's not used to pop numbers.
