I dont see why Paddy was so horrible??

Must have been watching a different show cos he was who i wanted to win tbh.

He wasn’t horrible just boring. He got to the final riding the coattails of all of the others and only really won because he was no ones rival.

Georgina would have been better.

Paddy wasn’t horrible, he was just... annoying.

But yeah, I agree with Toby’s post. He had no rivals and wasn’t seen as competition!

Yeah this is my issue really, I like him as a person but he doesn't feel deserving.

Paddy was the only one I'd have been disappointed in winning, as I said the other 4 brought so much in different ways. Paddy seems a lovely guy, he'd be a riot irl but he just didn't bring a lot to the series, admittedly him coming out about his disability was a lovely, heartwarming moment, but that's about it. It's not even that he came in late or anything, I found the whole Jack/Beth/Joyce saga more entertaining (admittedly for the wrong reasons) for example.
For someone who created a lot of the series highlights I'm gonna say no?

I went off Tim towards the end but I'm happy he won, he seems like a nice person and more deserving of the money than others in the final.

Brilliant game player, diabolical interviewee. So boring!

Agree about Tim though. Surprise but after him saying he was poor the other day I'm happy he has this.

James looking like he was drunk of high. Clearly didn't enjoy being there at all.

I'm fine with Paddy winning.

Apparently the US version has already been filmed so Netflix should be getting it fairly soon! I'm not that fussed it isn't live to be honest, the only things we really voted on last series other than viewers' champion were pretty inconsequential although I did like us voting on twists etc. this series. It's still gonna be the same in terms of the format and the suspense of meetings etc. so that's all good!

Is the US version being put up all at once or are the episodes going on daily?

I want to watch it but obviously if the whole thing goes on at once I’ll try and avoid twitter for people who are ahead of myself.

Idk how it'll work, that Rhythm & Flow show with C**di B on Netflix is a music competition and they upload a few episodes a week I believe, perhaps they will do that? If they drop the whole thing at once I'd probably just mute the hashtag on Twitter and maybe mute users I knew were talking a lot about it until I managed to watch it all  I think it might build on the niche at least, a lot of the Big Brother superfans and alumni in the US seem to have got into this series and binged series 1 as a result so it has the potential to be a successful franchise!

Maybe they'll have less episodes, a bit like BBUS that has 3 episodes a week but then that has live feed to aid that so it never feels like you aren't getting enough.

I suppose we'll see, a reality competition doesn't suit all being chucked on at once but I don't think Netflix would do daily releases so staggered like Rhythm and Flow would probably be best.

Absolutely fantastic series - really gripping! But such a devastatingly disappointing final. No drama over the Sammie/Circle of Trust and one of the most pointless winners of a reality TV show in such a long time.
I’ve read today that the US version is going to use the same block of flats in Salford which will be nice to see but that would mean their series was filmed first if it has already been filmed
