Had a listen today, the last 5 songs are the best and most accessible the first 4/5 are very dancey like a long mix and I love the disco vibes, might even add to my list on Apple Music.

Great performance of ‘Murphys Law’ on Graham Norton tonight, she’s stunning!

Well I'm really liking this on first couple of listens. Much like a lot of her recent material, I'm expecting it to continue to grow further as I get used to the little production flourishes. I'm going to need to make myself a deluxe version though as there's so many great recent tracks that didn't make the official cut.
hate myself for not buying bundle from official site, its sold out now

I got one (sorry!) and it arrived today, it's worth picking one up if you see it for a reasonable price.

I do wish it had the full version of Incapable on it though, it's just waaaayyyyy too short on the album. Murphy's Law in particular has grown on me massively since I first heard it *.*

Shame she didnt put any more vinyl, even without those additional items. Kinda bad move, sales-wise.
You can still get the regular vinyl from the usual places, just not the blue version unfortunately :(

Enjoyed this album on first listen, and "Something More" has been growing into one of my current favourites over the past couple months.

Saw Róisín performing "Murphy's Law" on The Graham Norton Show last night and it didn't sell it well at all though  Came across as naff, which on record I don't think it is.

What a fantastic album.

'Future Nostalgia', 'Whats Your Pleasure?' and this work together as three sister albums. This sister is addicted to pills and out until 6am every night.

I ended up making an extended version of this, I couldn't live without it having The Rumble, Plaything, Innocence, All My Dreams, Can't Hang On or World's Gone Crazy. Plus I just had to edit in the full version of Incapable as that song just isn't meant to be 3 minutes long.

I thought Róisín Murphy - Murphy's Law when it first appeared in the itunes chart was a cover of this forgotten disco hit from 1982 (made #13 in the UK)

How is “The Rumble” not on it? I already have it on single so can just tack it on but it seems like a massive oversight IMO!

Why is this straightforwardly dance record stuck in Indie & Alternative?

Amazing album. A total work of art. Picking faves seems almost impossible because it works so well as a continuous mix, like a DJ set at a pool party on the Riviera where everyone is drinking Moet and doing high grade coke. But if I had to, Shellfish Mademoiselle is the slinkiest gorgeousness.

Her Graham Norton perf was an immediate classic as well. What a woman.

If anyone missed the first batch (jszmiles!), there's a new clear version out with the photos and zine that came with the blue version... you can get it from her store or TM Stores.

^thanks babe! ordered mine. Even if I don't find it as good as Overpowered, I still wanted this just to have Simulation on vinyl <3
