Hey guys and welcome to AF Idol, the new game to kick off the launch of our AF hub <3

 

It's a competition between the AF's where a song is selected and pitted against the other AF's every round. Each round is multiple choice and anyone can vote. Most rounds will have a play-off between the bottom 2 but some rounds will be a double elimination. The main round will last 2 days and the play-off will last 1 day. Vote for your favourite songs each round based on how many it says to vote for. And let's see who comes out on top *.*

'E.T.' is my favourite Katy song though! A strong choice to finish with.

Ooooh interesting and fantastic battle! Thought it would be an easy win for Britney (and I do love Toxic) but E.T. was the one track from KP that would put up a fight and I've decided I will give my vote to that in the end!

Toxic. An absolute pop masterclass and an incredible video, deservedly Britney's most recognisable pop moment (alongside ...Baby). It's not even my favourite song off In the Zone but it never gets old for me.

 

E.T. is great, if a little problematic but I guess nothing of Katy's isn't. Still quite surprised to see her outlast most of these other artists but it is testament to her pretty great selection of singles on the whole.

ET by FAR :dance: Such a jam that has aged very wel, whereas Toxic hasn’t aged great at all tbh. Toxic is Britney’s best song to be fair and the only of hers I’d choose to listen to but Katy still takes my vote

I'm not even a massive fan of E.T but Toxic is arguably one of the most OVERRATED songs in music.

no competition, Toxic is an 11/10 song, ET barely a 6/10

 

personally ET is a bizarre choice for a final like this, KP has tons of better songs

‘E.T.’ is one of Katy’s strongest songs but ‘Toxic’ is in my top 5 of all-time, so it’s a no-brainier :wub:
