Arguably two of the best songs she's ever created. Which do you prefer?

 

It's bordering on impossible for me and I'm only going with Dance in the Dark because it's the only song in existence which makes the hairs on my arms stand up every time I listen to it. If it wasn't for that fact I'd probably have to null vote!

Both of these are really strong but I went for 'Marry The Night'! Especially the video version with the extra bit of production at the start :wub:

I really really like both though but feel they’re both overrated.

And singles wise MTN is like mid table for me.

But yeah. I always see so much love from these two tracks amongst Gagas fanbase though.

 

I expect the poll to be pretty close tbh.

 

I feel like the fact they’re sort of under appreciated may just add to that as they’re not necessarily stuff everyone knows (like the way they do Bad Romance and Poker Face).

 

Marry The Nights instrumental is LUSH though. I just think Dance In The Dark is better as a whole package and is like 9.5/10 for me compared to Marry The Night just being a 9.

I love both tracks, but Dance in the Dark just edges it slightly
SHICD should have been a single - maybe a double a side with Teeth. My two fave album tracks!
Love both, but I'm with the minority on this one - I prefer Marry the Night!
Dance in the Dark! Had a period where I went off it a bit but it's now back up there again with my LG faves *.*

I'm shocked DITD is winning this. It's a good song, but it doesn't even touch Marry The Night for me. That song is a behemoth. It's thunderous, epic, euphoric and probably one of the best song/video combos of all time.

 

I couldn't imagine any of her peers convincingly pulling a song like that off. What an achievement and it'll forever be underrated in her discography.
