Unanimous by the judges too.

Predictably Laura Kuenssberg on Twitter immediately pivoted to try and make the story about Corbyn being incompetent. The woman is paid 250k p/a to report the news impartially...

Oh LORD!

That Tory turd needs to be axed immediately. John Humphreys pretending to be impartial, failing miserably and being a BBTory givernment spokesperson, retired and said the BBTory was TOO LEFT WING AND THAT HE WAS SHACKLED!! YOU WERE A GOVERNMENT SPOKESMAN, JUST LIKE LAURA KUSSENBURG!!!

You would think Brexit supporters would be happy with parliamentary sovereignty working as intended...

In principle, we are - but now we're back to square one on how to fulfil the 23/6/16 result...

This changes nothing really. We're leaving on October 31st.

Not according to THE LAW :cheer:

Also this had NOTHING TO DO WITH BREXSHIT, you brexshitters and THE GOVERNMENT, claimed? Government claimed it was for a new Queen's speech?

Funny how the brexshitters suddenly sdmit it WAS due to brexshit afterwards WHOOPS.

This corruption is disgusting and vile. THIS IS NO COUNTRY FOR DICTATORSHIPS!!!

50/ 50 split, 2 nation 2 nation split, 20% youth support.

Options: revoke OR a Norway model COMPROMISE which leave f***in campaigned for IN THE FIRST PLACE!!

50/ 50 split, 2 nation 2 nation split, 20% youth support.

Nowhere in the referendum bill did it require your 3-1 nation split, or more than 20% youth support - the latter being impossible to determine anyway, because,*secret ballot*!

And we know why. None of those things would have made any sense in an advisory referendum

So Boris says this decision and the Brexit law passed the other week are both caused by people trying to frustrate Brexit and the will of the British people. He re-iterated that "the law states that we leave the EU on 31st October come what may"
So will MP's return now? What about the Tory conference next week? Labour's ends tomorrow with Corbyn's speech.

Edited by Common Sense

Has anything Boris has tried to do since becoming PM actually worked? I’m trying to figure out why his supporters are still so confident he’ll be able to deliver Brexit.

And, as usual, he is wrong. This decision is not about how (or whether) we leave the EU. It is about the powers of the PM to act as (s)he pleases. If the government had won, there would have been nothing to stop a future PM using the verdict as a precedent to try and close parliament for even longer. That would leave ministers able to rule by decree. Today's verdict makes that a lot more difficult and we should all be very grateful.

The sooner that lying toad resigns, the better for all of us.

Yeah no. We have veeery good statistics of how everyone votes after every election and you know this? Sorry :(

And it was a NON BINDING ADVISORY f***ING OPINION POLL, WHICH IS WHY NO SAFEGUARDS WERE PUT IN PLACE YOU UTTER MORON.

You cannot be this thick and brainwashed surely?

1. Bojo's team to the court, and Bojo himself outside, said that prorogation had NOTHING TO DO WITH BREXSHIT. THEY LIED TO QUEEN COURTS AND COUNTRY!!!

2. As the brexshitters admitted it was EVERYTHING to do with brexshit, after the ruling of course, we see even more clesrlt the ruling was correct.

3. Why do you want Bojo to BREAK THE LAW OF THE LAND which clearly states we must have an extension?! Why do you want a DICTATOR? Does an authoritarian male despot make you feel safe??

Should we go back and find your posts quoting Bojo that the prorogation was normal and just for the queen's speech, nuttin to do with brexshit?

Werl of brwterssh perperrl. Seriously. f***. Off. With. That. Fascist. Propaganda. Stolen. From. The. Nazis.

He needs to resign. It's been ruled that he unlawfully attempted to subvert democracy. These leaders need to be made examples of. Good enough that this has been ruled, it makes it certain that proroguing won't be tried again in the future in this way, but there needs to be real and further consequences.

THIS.

He and Trump with his Watergate scandal concurrently happening both need to go.

He lied to the queen, country and courts. He has to go. The righr wing media will desperately try to play it down, like nocommon sense tried with Trump's maaasssive scandal, but that just sets a massively dangerous precedent.

Cue your screams and cries because Corbyn rips your piece of shit establishment eton troll to pieces.
