Two big comebacks from pop's biggest stars, both are string-laden, atmospheric songs with impressive vocals, both explore themes of trust and intimacy.

 

Question is: which is your favourite?

Both are very important singles and statement singles highlighting comebacks.

I do however, prefer Frozen and view it as one of Madonnas strongest singles.

 

Adore both but CIM, just.

'Confide In Me' is a highlight in Kylie's discography but 'Frozen' is my favourite Madonna song, plus one of my favourites of all-time, so it had to be that :wub:

Easily frozen. I really enjoyed the ray of light era in general from madonna and with km94 it wasnt a highlight by kylie for me.

Both are stunning, two genuine pieces of art in their respective discographies, but I have to go with 'Frozen'. That one just moves me that little bit more; there's something very heartbreaking about the lyrics as it feels like, whilst Madonna is pleading for them to open up, for the sake of the relationship and the person themselves, it's a hopeless battle.

Confide in Me, though both are great song. I just love that high note Kylie hits towards the end that changes up the structure towards the end, then again I love the drum beats (said to be garbage cans?) that has the same effect in Frozen towards the final chorus.

 

People who've listened to the songs know what I mean. :P

Frozen has that lovely slow haunting feel to it,usually I dont rush out and buy madonna albums as I'm not a fan as such but like some of her work but frozen got me to buy ray of light straight away, love frozen but prefer power of goodbye. For those who bought both which album do you prefer km94 or ray of light?

Ray of Light. It was a body of work.

 

KM94... is Kylie trying to figure herself out, which is a feeling that haunts a lot of her albums.

I would prefer Ray of Light myself but i dont agree that kylie trying to figure herself out has haunted her albums, it did affect km94 and kiss me once but all the others i think was more kylie being kylie and experimenting.

Difficult choice - probably frozen but confide in me is a fantastic track!

I would love Madonna to re-visit the sound of Ray of Light, particularly songs like Frozen and Power of Goodbye.

'Confide in Me' is great, but 'Frozen' is just spellbinding. There's no contest.

Frozen was a great return from madonna at the time, between spinning around and frozen which do you prefer?

'Frozen', I can't honestly say I rate 'Spinning Around' particularly highly although I do enjoy it and it has its place.

I would also prefer frozen to spinning around but would place lead singles such as cgyoomh,all the lovers and dancing above frozen.
