If it was reduced to 14,99 it would start moving, it prob will eventually. I wonder how many is still available. It would be no harm for some social media plugging for the album in general as alot of people are listening to music in lockdown so no harm getting a reminder out there as with low sales it wouldnt be to hard to get the album back in the top 100. I see here in Ireland greatest hits by pitbull and jason derulo have been charting for a few weeks and they are not generally album selling acts.

Reduce the prices and clear through on the stock would make business sense or they may never sell.

The spare Golden cassettes will be hard for them to sell and they won't want a repeat of this.

The Kylie shop could run offers to drive some interest.

Seriously I don’t get why they are still holding on too those ‘Golden’ cassettes when they still have 100+ in stock

They reduced them to £5 for one day at the end of last year - they need to just sell them off for £2 now, it’s a novelty item of an old album and surely they are better sold and contributing to chart sales rather than gathering dust in a warehouse?

I just don’t get the business logic from BMG holding on to them so long after release - they still have loads of Golden items on her official store too and whilst they have been reduced in price since they were originally released I can’t see them shifting many/any copies on a weekly basis.

I understand them wanting to keep the standard vinyl and CD in stock but they should just clear all the other bits like the deluxe CD, Vinyl Picture Disc, Deluxe Vinyl etc.,

The same for the SBIT cassettes - they are all still available in every colour and £15 each, they are such a week 1 item I’d be surprised if anyone was still buying a defunct format almost 10 months after the album was released.

It doesn't make sense not to reduce them, like you said the sbit cassettes are what the die hard fans buy in week 1and after that there is little interest. Reduce the prices and get the sales and I agree they only need to leave the cd versions and vinyl readily available at all times.

The cassettes should have got a big reduction on week 2 of the release.

Unless available at low prices these style of releases do not sell.

They have little to no appeal outside the fanbase.

Maybe not as quick as week 2 as it would p!ss off all the fans that paid £75 for the full collection (Can’t believe I spent that on different coloured cassettes :drama: :drama:).

But 10 months after release they should definitely be reduced to £5 or something to have half a chance of shifting them.

Its hard for fans who pay full price and then it goes on sale much cheaper, , on the other side if they hold back in hope of them getting them cheaper they can lose out.
iTunes are running a Greatest Hits for £5.99 promotion which has seen GH albums clog up the Top 20 charts - Kylie is still full price though :drama:
I've been meaning to get this for ages so I think I'm going to finally snap it up for that price!

Those extra sales - we love to see it :cheer:

It’s a beautiful coloured vinyl though - enjoy!

They are losing out on sales by not reducing the price.

BMG need to take advantage of the current popularity for Greatest Hits releases.

The album chart is currently full of them, and Kylie should be one of them.

Yay! I got mine as a Christmas present although I realised the other day I'm yet to play it! I actually don't mind the packaging and I like the tracking list even though some of the choices may appear a little odd.
