It was the first single released from the album and now it's been re-released, I think.

Yes, hence the different numbering in the top 100 chart history

Glad to see both Riton and Oliver enter the Top 40.

Also, wow at Beatles returning to UK Albums Chart Number One. Better spin my vinyl copy of the album to celebrate

All hail the best number 1 of the year *.*.*

Absolutely this! Can’t believe Buzzjack isn’t celebrating en mass!

missed the show

what did they say about Ed falling 1-13, did they explain why or just pretended it was a natural fall like suddenly everybody stopped buying it

haha and that's it?

I know ACR is not easily explained, but they could use a very simplistic explanation of it,

say something like the song is 10 weeks old so its streamed are divided by 2... that's it

Dey say o my gahd I see tha way you shiAYYYNE

send my regards to brade

And when youh done I'll make you du vet all agay

It's a good number 1, and I don't usually like pure pop much. It probably is the best #1 of the year so far for me.

Yeah this sort of indie pop is usually very popular on Buzzjack, was surprised after I first heard it on radio played on Scott Mills' show and then checked the thread for it on Buzzjack, I was expecting near universal love for the track here.

Good to see Ride It match fellow European deep house smash hit 'Piece of Your Heart''s chart position of #2 from earlier in the year. I do prefer 'Ride It' of the two.

Liking God is a Dancer more with each play!

It actually sounds quite Eurovision-y to me for some reason. It's quite good.

Typically low sales for late 2004. However for this Friday, I'd be grateful to know the sales for the #11 as well as the Top 10 in the week which followed this - there were 7 new entries in that Top 10, the #10 wasn't one of them (the Ronan Keating song above fell 2-10), the song at #11 was also a new entry - Afrodisiac by Brandy - and I understand the gap in sales was very close, so it's probably the closest we'll ever come to seeing 8 new entries in the Top 10.
