Must check this Jarvis Cocker track out. It's doing well on iTunes but musnt be hard to get this high for a while.

Not a bad start for Dalton Harris. Can see this going top10 as it's actually a good and quite unique track.

...I don't know why I never considered that this was something he was bound to do. That's certainly one way he can achieve higher sales with the same joke.

I guess we're now ushering in the 1,000 year Tory LadBaby Christmas #1s about sausage rolls reich.

Is it worse than XF Xmas No1s? A bit of a nightmare this!
I’m all for a charity song and some festive fun but the Ladbaby song is beyond terrible :puke2: All is forgiven X Factor!

Speaking of x factor has the winning band released anything or was it another pointless waste of time
I believe it was such a rush job that they didn't have time to record a winning single, although with the terrible ratings it definitely wouldn't make top 40 anyway.
Oh is the X Factor thing over already? I knew it was only a couple of episodes long but to be over in literally days is more than just rushed

It was rushed because little mix have a similar version coming early next year, simon was basically admitting it was rushed every time he was praising the performances

i know it was unlikely to chart just look at meghan mckenna and x factor celebs just seems silly not to have a winners song they gonna be forgotten before they even release a track that must be a record even for the x factor

I was expecting Stormy and Lewis releasing multiple versions, not LadBaby :/
LadBaby is a greedy b******! Just want a proper song to be Christmas number 1, devastated.

Er. I'm not a fan of LadBaby being #1 again (obviously) but he's objectively not 'greedy', he's literally trying to raise a ton of money for a very worthy charity.
^ Because releasing a charity novelty song is absolutely appalling? It's not exactly a new thing for Christmas, it's been done for years now  LadBaby is only doing what every single other artist does with their release strategies and it just works for him? People don't have to buy it lmao. I'd rather something new than some 25 year old Xmas song which is always going to chart at this time of year.

I was expecting this 'swing version' of LadBaby to zoom straight to #2 pretty quickly, but it actually appears that he hasn't yet promoted it or even acknowledged its existence on social media as far as I can tell for some reason? Will surely get up there as soon as he does so. Very odd that it seems to have just been dropped out of nowhere with zero fanfare.

The Jarvis Cocker song is from 2006 and is a post-election result campaign apparently.

LadBaby is a greedy b******! Just want a proper song to be Christmas number 1, devastated.

How is this possible when literally 100% of the proceeds is going to charity, not the PROFIT the PROCEEDS, so technically he is out of pocket paying production costs etc.

He just posted his latest asking for downloads post on fb (doesnt mention the newer version though, suppose he doesnt know how the charts work or he would be telling everyone to download that as well)
