What they really need is a batch (of 2k+) properly signed CDs. They could make a good difference. Maybe they're saving them for Monday or something.

^^ Yeah maybe they were waiting to see how close the gap is between them and Kylie and then will release a new batch of signed CDs after the weekend? Wishful thinking but.. :lol:

 

The only way they could do this is if they held some back for release week which again, i also doubt they have done so they need to do some alternatives

Can't they send the album first then signature later? I think Gaga did this with ASIB. Was behind in the Wednesday/Thursday midweeks and dropped some signed CDs (with no intention of signing them for at least a little while) and won the #1.

They sent the CD and the signed poster arrived 1-2 weeks later.

Its the best way to get a few thousand sales (which would make the #1). Hope they try and do it.

 

I wish they would do individual signed CDs at a cheaper price or something too. Like Perrie, Jade, Leigh could all sign 500-1k each. Maybe they aren't allowed though.

Both are still close, the girls also have good sales from streaming and she won't even achieve 1/4 of that.

On the other hand she has pure sales, thanks to all the several versions and signed copies, so I hope the girls will have a restock or add more signed items (maybe this time UK only) and push Sweet Melody higher on the HHUK.

If they discount Confetti, it would be better - considering her deluxe version costs even less than Confetti... <_<

 

Sam had the double of pure copies than Ari and guess who went #1, I wouldn't underestimate the impact streaming have in addiction to good pure sales.

 

Regardless of how the first week will go, Confetti could always re-peaks in the following weeks and the girls will have more stability and longevity than her, she wants the #1 for the first week.

I still think LM will take it tbh. If they try.

 

Random but I assumed the whole album had those pretty lyric videos like Confetti etc? They were in the snippets they showed. Shame if they didn't make full ones.

Just listened for the first time (so late omg) and W O W I absolutely love it. No filler at all?

 

'Sweet Melody' continues to mature into one of their absolute best, but the album as a whole is so consistent and as I wasn't huge on the LM5 era as a whole, it feels good to be fully back on board now. Dare I say, I may even want this to get the #1 over Kylie and I'm usually a much bigger Kylie fan than these guys. Whatever happens though, the sales are looking to be GREAT! :cheer:

I think the fact Little Mix are selling sooo well and have their first really big hit in 2 years more than makes up for the fact they probably won't be #1 in the album charts. The album will stick around longer than Kylie's too so I'm happy for her to get the #1, especially given it's such a good album.

Confetti is definitely my favourite album by Little Mix. It has so much replay value. It's like a more mature version of Glory Days.
