McFly did some morning promo yesterday too, so I'm not surprised they were ahead and AC/DC got a prime time ad during I'm A Celeb (but we knew they'd be ahead regardless - although I imagine being that late in the day it'll have more of a knock on effect into tomorrows mids)

Confetti being the third best seller yesterday is very promising, but I don't understand how they are 7 in the mids if that's the case? Does best seller only include one metric with missing data? If Kylie is selling behind Confetti how is she still #5? Is this due to overflowing orders from next week being fulfilled? I don't typically follow the album charts unless there's LM involved so.. I'm struggling haha

It's because there are 5 new releases ahead who would have had pre-orders etc.

Yeah it’s because of pre orders coming from new entries how they’re still #7 but it’s still a place higher than it was yesterday so it’s possible that by the end of the week they could end up top 5 especially as they’re probably doing better on streaming than every album that’s above them in the midweeks.

I’m sure they get one, maybe 2nd advert in? I’m in the north east.

And my partner looked at me when the ad came on cause he knows I get excited when anything remotely linked to LM comes on the TV

I don't remember hearing any of their songs, otherwise I'd have looked up out of excitement. But anyway, I guess that helped them then!

 

Will be keeping an extra close eye tonight aha.

Doesn't an I'm a Celeb ad slot cost like £100K+? ��. I don't think they'll be making that much money back from it.

Maybe it was region specific?

Their Spotify Top 10 seems buggy AF. Since the album came out and BUS and Holiday had massive increases, BUS fell from 6 to out of their top 10 and Holiday has fallen from 3 to 5. Only Confetti has appeared again. Not even Happiness is there.

Perhaps they couldn't afford to show it in all regions if Zak's comment is anything to go by lol.

On one hand it's kinda incredible a UK girl group from X-Factor has six albums chart on the Hot 100 but then it's irritating/a shame that each album seems to debut lower and lower and now the next one (if there is LM7) will probably miss the chart completely.
