I really can't believe this old song is gonna be number 1 this week and The Weeknd is gonna lose his first ever number 1.

Both songs came out in late November though!

Is Fine Line out of the top 10 this week??

Yes down 2 places

Hey Joseph, have James Blunt's Monster and Kygo's Forever Yours climbed from yesterday's update please?

I’m not Joseph but Blunt is down a bit and Forever Yours is out of the top 100 :(

Oh God :(

Thanks coi.

PSB have a performance on ITV tonight at the National Television Awards. Guess they will perform Monkey Business with the entire video entourage, just as they did at the One show a couple of days ago. This might boost their sales a little, I hope...
If Andre Rieu gets into the top 40...it must surely be decades since a classical song got there?

Ludovico Einaudi's I Giorni went top 40 in 2011!

If Andre Rieu does get there, then so might Dominic Frisby, and if the latter happens I'd be interested to see how the chart show handles it, as I suspect it might choose to use a newsbeat interjection to explain it, as with the Ding Ding campaign, but if only Andre makes it I suspect they'd happily just play that, and perhaps even explain why it's there. There is a swear-free version of 17 million that has been made available to radio stations, so they theoretically could play Dominic, but not sure if they will or not in the event it charts.

I imagine they'll just Newsbeat both of them if they're both in the chart.
Saw the PSB perform on the National Television Awards, hopefully it will give the album a minor boost but I can't imagine it will be enough to sustain the No. 1 for them.

Based on the twitter comments I saw, it didn't go over that well. But maybe there is a "silent majority" who don't always feel the urge to go on social media and post ageist comments about people that are over 25.

At the moment, no. But if they get a big boost from somewhere, they might.

Ode To Joy is now 1,200 sales away from No.40.
