Literally stayed with Three for YEARS only for Go Roam. It’s saved me like a thousand quid over the years. It was a wonderful policy

Now no reason for anyone to stay with them

I remember being surprised when I went to Indonesia that I could have free coverage under my unlimited plan.

Re: this and Brexit - when EE announced end of free roaming in the EU some of the prominent Brexit fantasists said "Go with Three, it's nothing to do with Brexit". It's like oops!

The government has announced its latest hairbrained scheme to address the B-inspired shortage of lorry drivers. They plan to make the test easier by removing the need to demonstrate the ability to reverse or to uncouple and recouple the trailer safely. Anyone see any potential problems with that?

Of course, in practice, haulage companies - and their insurers - may still insist on both which means the changes will make no difference whatsoever.

I hope nobody is planning on filling up petrol this weekend - it is absolutely chaotic everywhere seemingly!

That's because the stupid TV news last night said there's a shortage. There isn't, just some logistical problems getting it to the pumps. Only real shortages in certain areas. Now the panic buyers will mean shortages. Same with food.

When do we have to start worrying about whether we have anything to wipe our shit away? Ah the sunlit uplands of Brexit....
It took ages for my bus home to do the last few hundred yards thanks to numpties queueing up for petrol.

My plans to go back into Brighton this evening have been complicated by the fact that the bus service is totally screwed. Looks like I will have to get an alternative, ten minutes' walk (and a climb) away rather than a few minutes' walk.

The government may now be relaxing immigration rules to allow EU drivers back in. Of course, if they have been telling the truth, it won't work. After all, they keep telling us this shortage is a Europe-wide problem.

..but the logistical problems are caused by Brexit. I get the media and the news and the Government have poured petrol in the fire, but the root cause of the problem is a lack of HGV drivers.. which is a by-product of Brexit.

Winter is certainly going to be interesting...

Let's hope there isn't another cold winter in Europe or things could get really bad.

Ugh hate when there’s word of petrol shortages, the arrogance of convience culture car drivers topping up on petrol so they can drive to the end of their street to buy milk!

The issue was resolved this morning. The petrol station has no fuel, so there are no queues.

It's utterly ridiclous, every petrol station I've been to today had zero fuel. The panic buyers create chaos and it trickles down. Just as well I didn't need any fuel and I was just driving/walking by.

Massive Attack! Blast from the past but so on the money...
Good to see the NI Protocol has meant no fuel shortages here, no doubt unionists won’t mention that though!
