Active Child came so close as well!

Quite how Pupok 111 finished last with 6 points when I gave it 15 is a mystery.

Deduction probably?

...and Tartford's score is 16 and I gave it 15 :o

That would explain it! :magic:

Looks like I was the only big fan of it then.

Sneakily retitled this thread as I am just going to use the same thread to post the results from SF2. First result coming up... right now!

QUALIFIER 1/15

Kluminican Republic 112 // Sleeping At Last - Saturn

Kicking off the SF2 results is a lovely instrumental not instrumental track from Sleeping At Last which gets through despite suffering the 15 point deduction. Congrats to Klum Rep coinciding with their return to the main contest this month ~

Don't know what ur on about tbh

(I may have been confusing it with the previous Sleeping At Last entry from the Instrumentals spinoff :kink: it has been a while since I listened to these songs!!)

So excited for results! Final will drop Thursday nights mein Lieblings because I’m off to bed now and I’m at Carly Rae Jepsen tomorrow night.

Better had Better qualify x

me attempting to multitask is not going well, this will go quicker when the BRITs are over xx here's another qualifier though

QUALIFIER 2/15

Quintessa 115 // Weyes Blood - Movies

Quintessa are currently still MIA from the contest (hopefully a return soon? SOS to Leonardo x) but their big hit of 2019, the Lana Del Rey esque 'Movies' is safely through again despite a deduction.

failing to vote really made a difference in semi 1 huh

I don’t think Luke Bond will be as lucky, we’ll see though

QUALIFIER 3/15

FSR Rontvia 112 // Wim Mertens - Close Cover

This time we actually do have an instrumental qualifier :magic: FSR make it through with this piano piece dating back to the 80s. It's the lowest finishing song to qualify so far from this semi (originally coming 8th) but will we see any upsets as big as in the first semi? ;o

FSR Rontvia's another great surprise, lovely piece (and surprisingly better than the trance cover version).

Nice to see Saturn in! Sadly don't think I remember the other two qualifiers that well oops

(Decent set of Qs overall for Semi 1 though, particularly Carissa!)

QUALIFIER 4/15

Aeroche 114 // Say Lou Lou and Lindstrøm - Games For Girls

BJSC kings Aeroche may not have made it through semi 1 but they ease through in the other semi with this little tune which originally came 4th. It joins their 2 songs that were of course already pre-qualified for the final having won their original contests, Skeler and Juche's 'Proxima' and Drab Majesty's 'Ellipsis'.

ok let's speed through the rest of the qualifiers a bit before it gets too late xx

QUALIFIER 5/15

Cor Lupus 114 // Luke Bond - Right Now (feat. Sara Skinner)

And coming 3rd in the same contest at the last song, Cor Lupus have their second qualifier of the night with this trance banger.
