February 21, 20205 yr Gentleman or What Are You Waiting For to go first pls. But I was just thinking when I done this rate they had a really good singles discography tbh. Up or Issues to win for me though. Higher and What About Us were both ruined by their features but the solo versions would round off their top tier tracks for me. February 21, 20205 yr Author 18 & 17 F5luP09KWqA 18. Gentleman [5.05] Highest: ThePensmith (09); Herbs (08.5) + JosephInSpace, Lukuzz & Adam (08) Lowest: *CENSORED* (00); SevenSeize & Mullo (01) + Jade, JordanLee, Calum, FUTURE NOSTALGIA & SamJudd (02) --- 9T6trR9nDhU 17. 30 Days [5.63] Highest: ElectroBoy (09); Jonjo & kye (08.5) + slowdown73, Bre & Wall (08) Lowest: FUTURE NOSTALGIA (-01); *CENSORED* (00); SevenSeize & Tawdry Hepburn (02) + Davidson (02.5) --- At number 18 & the first song to be eliminated is the cringetastic Gentleman. It's abhorrent. As a HUGE fan of them, this was a major misstep and almost killed their career flat out dead quicker than they would have done. Thank God 'Disco Love' turned it around somewhat, for a very brief amount of time. Just awful, I think a 3 from myself was quite kind tbh. #17 we have the hugely underrated 30 Days. I always forget just how much I love this track until I play it. It's a banger and should have been a much bigger hit, imo. SO good. Despite a -1, it managed to avoid being bottom, quite comfortably too! *.*
February 21, 20205 yr those that don’t love 30 days should listen to the instrumental - that production is insane. i love the track either way but i often play the instrumental in the gym!
February 21, 20205 yr Author 16 & 15 ahdmNS9Nkm0 16. What Are You Waiting For? [5.76] Highest: girlsaloudjunkie (10); JosephInSpace & Jay (09.5); BILLYx & FUTURE NOSTALGIA (09); Herbs (08.5) + Jonjo, Juliano & Jack (08) Lowest: *CENSORED* (-01); J00ps (02) + slowdown73, Bre, Jordan Lee, SevenSeize, Jester, vibe & ElectroBoy (03) --- gsm_fOzvktQ 15. Just Can't Get Enough [6.10] Highest: SevenSeize & FUTURE NOSTALGIA (10); Pippa (09.5); LMLou & Calum (09) + Jonjo (08.5) Lowest: *CENSORED* (00); NickF1 (02); Bre (03) + diamondtooth, Mullo, Mack. & vibe (04) --- Next at number 16 is their last single together before venturing "on a hiatus". What Are You Waiting For? was a huge flop for them and that is actually disgusting because it's an absolute BANGER. Insanely catchy and something you could definitely lose your shit too in the club or something! Plus, who can forget that EPIC hair flip in the video???? ICONIC. At number 15 is their Comic Relief single, a cover of Depeche Mode's Just Can't Get Enough. It was a huge hit for the girls, giving them their highest peak to date at that point in their career peaking at number 2 (losing out to Flo-Rida's monster hit, Right Round iirc). It's SO much fun and just a joyous charity cover single. It's low-key the best charity cover single of the noughties. I hear this soundbedding ALOT of programmes! Like, I'm pretty sure it's the most used  The video is irresistably charming too!
February 21, 20205 yr good at the first two, Gentleman is a clusterf*** of a mess that doesn't work and 30 Days gets worse and worse for me every time I hear it the next two going out tho   both such bops, esp JCGE which is one of my fave Sats songs def, so many fond memories of that song
February 21, 20205 yr Nothing what’s left as of yet is a classic of theirs so I’m in agreement with their bottom 4 tracks.
February 21, 20205 yr Nothing that’s left as of yet is a classic of theirs so I’m in agreement with their bottom 4 tracks. I'd make an argument for Just Can't Get Enough being one of the better remembered Saturdays songs, although it's generally not considered a highlight amongst the fans!
February 21, 20205 yr What Are You Waiting For? is so underappreciated. It's a shame that radio had abandoned them in 2014, so there was never really a chance of it doing any better than it did. #38 was so harsh! :') It sold 9,982 in its first week; only 18 months earlier What About Us sold 114,259 in its first week... the decay! To my ears not much separates these two songs tbh, they're both enjoyably basic bops.
February 21, 20205 yr 'Gentleman' is the correct choice of last place, well done BuzzJack *.* such a misguided follow-up to 'What About Us'.
February 21, 20205 yr I'm assuming 'If This Is Love' will be out next, probably with 'Issues' or 'Missing You'? I feel like I ranked JCGE a little to low. It is MUCH better than Little Mix' charity effort.
February 21, 20205 yr I can't really argue with any losses so far, but I wish 'Issues' was out already. Hopefully very soon.
February 21, 20205 yr 'Gentleman' literally is the song that killed them off completely, after having survived so many turbulent moments in their career already. They must regret that so deeply.
