hate these campaigns where all the singles are released prior to the album, can't they save something for later?

they're definitely going too fast

Releasing all the singles before the album is the entirely correct and sensible thing to do unless you're Ed Sheeran, as I've posted elsewhere just recently, even Billie Eilish and Taylor Swift couldn't make a big hit out of a post-album single. If a song doesn't catch on before or during the first week of the album's release it likely never will in the current era.
