March 17, 20206 yr There'll def be an upturn in Spotify streams once self isolation starts as people would go mad without music and everyone will be at home!
March 17, 20206 yr There'll def be an upturn in Spotify streams once self isolation starts as people would go mad without music and everyone will be at home! Yes there probably will indeed. Even older people than the usual streaming demographic might start influencing the charts then. :o Edited March 17, 20206 yr by The S***e
March 17, 20206 yr Idk if streams will go up, the lowest streams are always on Sundays when most people are off work and not out in clubs etc. It seems commuting to work and nightlife is what drives streams up
March 17, 20206 yr 1k rise for Circa Waves since yesterday! The £5 signed album with free delivery is working wonders!
March 17, 20206 yr It looks like Niall will just about stay #1 if Lewis keeps catching up only at the rate that he did today (although that's a pretty big assumption).
March 18, 20206 yr In the runner-up slot on Monday’s Official Chart Update, Niall Horan has edged into the Number 1 position as of today’s sales flash, 670 chart sales ahead of the pack with his second album Heartbreak Weather. At Number 2 are UK country duo The Shires with their fourth studio album Good Years. The record has some momentum on its side having racked up the most CD and download sales so far this week. Less than 1,400 chart sales behind at Number 3 is Lewis Capaldi, who is rapidly gaining ground due to having the most streamed album so far this week. https://www.officialcharts.com/chart-news/b...capaldi__29123/

March 18, 20206 yr Yes Doja - Boss B*tch top 40, we need a fun dance track like that to cheer us up at this depressing time.
March 18, 20206 yr Can we not @ that Tory Lanez/Chris Brown thing becoming a hit. Why couldn't TikTok just latch onto 'Jerry Sprunger' instead, that was at least decent xx 'Roses' closing the gap a bit today, could still be in contention for #1 this week! Niall still looking currently on course to hold onto #1 (Lewis closed the gap by another 600 today, same as yesterday, Niall will stay ~800 ahead if that continues at that exact rate, maybe more like just ~200 accounting for the double streaming update at the end of the week).

If they sold the same tomorrow. there would still be a 1.4k gap. Lewis will not be #1 tomorrow.
March 18, 20206 yr Roses is one of those #1's that I don't get at all. The original is amazing but the remix sucks all the life the song has.
March 18, 20206 yr Roses is one of those #1's that I don't get at all. The original is amazing but the remix sucks all the life the song has. This is literally the exact opposite of my opinion :kink:
March 18, 20206 yr If Nathan Dawe is top 10 on iTunes and top 60 on Spotify, then I hope he scrapes into the top 40 on Friday
March 18, 20206 yr after all hate in the song thread, Roses can actually make #1. I am soooo glad! Edited March 18, 20206 yr by jszmiles
